proximity to valencia oceanagraphic and science park, good breakfast with friendly staff. its clearly not a 4 star hotel. Wine stains on carpet in our room. bathroom needed repairs carried out in a more professional manner than the "bodge"job that was there. |

The hotel istself was modern very clean and comfortable, exellent location with the new buildings of science and the arts and the oceanarium just a short walk away, the number 19 bus stop just outside which took only 10minutes to get to the city centre or in the opposite direction the beach and marina. Breakfast was great and good value for money, the staff were very friendly and helpfull. I would recommend this hotel lovely wide streets local bars and restaurants short walk away good value for money especially the Sabores De Durban opposite Cafe 48. Loved this hotel and would deinately return. |

This hotel is clean and modern but about a 10 minute taxi ride to the city centre (about €7); probably perfect for business people visiting. The breakfast buffet is great with plenty of choice! On the down side Valencia is pricey as is this hotel and don't be fooled by the 'outside pool' advertising, as its no more than a small paddling pool in a slot on the 10th floor, with nowhere to sit in the sun and the gym is less than useless! For those of us visiting the city, it was a fair walk (about 30-45 minutes). |

Nice room design, huge beds, proper breakfast - the way is supposed to be, clean but most important the hotel is nearby City of Art and Sciences. Bathroom: when showering, somehow lot of water is messing up the floor. |

A well situated hotel with very good staff. The bar closed very early at 23.00 hrs. The bath tubs were very dirty under the granite top that is attached to the top of the bath (black mould) in both rooms. |

Internet was broken, our phone did not work, no tv remote control and the value for money is quite bad. Its meant to be a 4 star hotel, anbd did not see any 4 star treatment at all. Unhelpful staff, bad service, not considering returning at all. Room, non-existant services as they were all broken down, and the technicians and staff are constantly on "break" "lunch" and unable to help. |

Excellent location near the Ciutat de les Arts i de les Ciencies. Bus stop to down town in front of the hotel. Small entry/exit to garage for larger cars. Breakfast buffet short of supplies. |

It was fairly central to the city centre, only 15 minutes away by bus. It was very clean and good value for money. Very posh. |

The hotel served the purpose of my visit for the weekend ( and extended) for the Formula 1 Grand Prix - although some distance from the track, it was an easy 3/4 hour stroll to the track. On returning from a busy, noisy day it was relaxing and close to the Aqua Mall with its great shopping, movies and eateries. Even closer still is the El Corte Engleses Shopping store of over 5 floors. However the wide, tree lined avenues leaves you feeling relaxed. Also close to the Arts and Culture centre and Oceanariam. Very good value and a most helpful staff. Taxi waits are never more then three minutes. . Smoking should not be allowed within the hotel. Bedroom windows could open and I left this open throughout my stay for fresh air. Although I did request a no smoking room, the passages smelt of smoke and on putting on the airconditioner the smell of smoke was being circulated. Fortunately the window of the room did open and I left this open throughout my stay. It was obvious from the smell in the room when I first opened the door, that smoking was permitted in both this and other rooms on this floor. Spain is still relaxed about the no smoking rules, but I think the hotels should enforce the no smoking rule more strictly. This for me was the only negative aspect of the hotel. |

The room was clean and the staff friendly. The swimming pool was too small (5m*5m) & only 1.1m deep. The breakfast could be better. The location is not very convenient. |

The Hotel was in a good location & only a short ride from the airport. It was a very nice hotel with everything you needed in the room. I would especially rate the bathroom it had a large mirror & it was nice & light which made it excellent for doing your hair & make-up. The reception staff where extremley helpful as well eg gave us the bus numbers to catch to the beach. I would definately recommend this hotel & would really like to stay in another one on a future city break. Overall staying @ this hotel really made our break a very enjoyable one |

Hotel was modern, yet simple. The pool on the roof was quite nice for relaxing in the afternoon - it is small, but good enough for a refreshing swim. Excellent proximity to the museums, and 10/15 minutes by bus to both the city and the beach. The carpets in the room could use cleaning. Breakfast was way overpriced at 13EUR; there are plenty of cafes in the neighborhood where you can grab something. |

The hotel location was ideal for us, as we wanted to spend time at the port area on this visit. It was just a 20 minute walk or an easy bus ride. The pool was great for a cooling off dip. The carpark was a bit odd. |

Very convenient location, within walking distance to Ciudad de las Artes y Sciencias and Oceanografic. Bus station in front of the hotel, providing easy access to city center and beach. Big, well equipped room, air conditioning. Non-english speaking staff (with one exception), and not very professional. |
