Good Location. Staff helpful. Good size room for the money Initially we were put into a tiny room. I requested a transfer to a larger room which was done with no fuss. So turned out ok. |

Nothing I particularly liked about the hotel. It wasn't very clean. They only had one pot of coffee on the go at any one time at breakfast. There was no hot water available either. The first morning we had to wait about 15 minutes to get a coffee. They constantly run out so you can't top your coffee up unless you wait another 15 mins. Some of the crockery wasn't very clean so you have to search through the cups etc to find a clean one.The staff were a bit hopeless. We booked this hotel as it had a pool and were hoping to have a swim each morning. The pool didn't open till 11.00am...not much use on a city break when you hope to be out and about by then, we didn't get to use it. |

The room was big enough. Location is good. Reception staff were unwelcoming. Room furniture and facilities were poor, it felt like a two-star property. |

nothing much. The location yas not too bad, about half an hour*s walk to the city of arts and sciences In our reservation we specifically asked for a non-smoking room, however when we arrived, they put us in a smoking room on the last floor which stank and was also very small, too small to put in a baby cot for our 8-month old. Incidentally, they failed to provide us with a cot as well, we only got it 2 days later. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, like steel hospital or army beds, and were squeaking terribly, so we were waking each other up during the night. The hotel is also supposed to have a spa. What a joke! The pool was about 2 by 2 metres big, and the water was dirty. We went to eat dinner in the hotel restaurant, and first we ordered spaghetti, they said they did not have any... How did this hotel get 4 stars???!!! |

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel reception staff were helpful. The location was reasonably convenient. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been welcome. The pool was not heated and so it was of little use. |

The rooms were clean, quiet and with good beds. The location was great with easy walking distance to the city and other tourist sighs. It was one of the hotels with the cheapest onsight parking. |

the location was excellent, although a little far from the center of the city and the estacio del norte, it was close to the arte y ciencias, or walking to the beach. the reception was ok, but not organized when i went to the room, it was completely disordered and unclean, bad management. And I think the staff should check these things more carefully. More apologies would of been accepted too. |

There was free internet access and the supermarket was very close by. Air conditioning was excellent There were ants in our room and we didn't receive any discount or apology, just a reason to why there were ants in the room. Quite disappointed in that sense |

The room was spacious and clean. Loved that we could park at the hotel parking. Found out later that you can rent a bike here which would have been perfect. It is not in de the center of town, but you are able to walk to everyhting easily |

handiness for visiting the Science and Arts museums & the Oceanographic. lots of buses towards beach and town nearby. supermarket down the road. about 15/20 mins walk to old town, not too far, some places to eat near Gran Via which was nearby across the old riverbed. situation was pretty good not 4 star standard.functional, clean but that it.safe in room was locked. furnture&decor was old/shabby. fridge was handy but old/dirty. housekeeping knock&try to come in even when do not disturb sign is on the door.good value (220 for 4 nights) but felt could have stayed somewhere nicer, nearer historic centre. staff were friendly but we were annoyed when after booking non-smoke dble room on net that we were then asked in front of 4 other adults whether we wanted twin beds or matrimonial bed & we had 2again specify nonsmoking.makes one suspicious that he reassignd a worse room because we were younger than the 2 couples after us |

I felt the service was excellent. The clerks were professional and very helpful. Maid Service was also excellent. I am a large man and must admit that I am accustom to american bedding. The bed was small and the mattress was thin. Therefore I my wife and I were very uncomfortable. |

The hotel was quiet and calm. The entrance and room were well furnished. The room and bed-size were rather small and the air conditioning did not work correctly. |

The front desk staff were very helpful Not as described in the brochure .no old world atmosphere anywhere.the breakfast was an apology the same meagre selection every morning.the crockery was chipped and the cutlery dirty.the waiter was moore intent on getting your room number and asignature rather than provide a breakfast sevice.i am still trying to find the bar. |

The location of the hotel is great, it's closed both to the seaside and the centre. The room are comfortable and the staff is nice and helpful. I dindn't like the location of our room: all other guests passing in front of the door for breakfast at 7.00 in the morning and the window was looking to the air conditioning units!! 2 other rooms were enjoying the same view on our floor and you could see everything inside their rooms. We had to keep our courtains pulled for 3 days & nights!! |

The position is strategical, just between then center (plaza del Ayuntamiento is 25 min walking) and the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias (10 min walking). Good reachability fron airport: the nearest metro station is Aragon (10 min walking). |

It was conveniently situated the centre of the city and close to the beautiful parks. The breakfast buffet was not good. The crockery was chipped and the service and choices sadly lacking. |

Good location. 10 minets walk to the metro. Hotel have parking (but small, price is 20€ per day, nothing any chance to have free parking on the street near by hotel). Room been good, free internet connections easy for access. 1,5 km walk to the beach. Beach is a perfect, clear, is a many restorantes & bars, wery find sand. Not so good breakfast (coffee is miserable), but enought. |
