We found the hotel to be very nice and well located. We were not warned about the exceptionally noisy discos opposite our bedroom window which played very loud music throughout Saturday night and didn´t stop until 7.30a.m Sunday morning. We were in room 304 and I had specifically mentioned that it was our 45th wedding anniversary at reception on arrival and that this was a special occasion for us. Although on leaving we told the staff of this all they said to us was öh.¨ Not well ¨we are very sorry to hear this¨ etc. As I said how they handled it was disappointing. Then we asked for our credit card impression to be returned to us as we paid cash and they couldn´t find it and dismissed this too! We owned a hotel for 20 years and felt your reception were wrong with the way they handled this. |

The location of this hotel is excellent 20 yards from the beach and less than a 5 min taxi ride from the city center. Value for money is fantastic. Staff were very helpful and there is an information center directly outside the main door. We stayed in this hotel for 8 days. Enjoy |

Modern hotel with good service and facilities. Good location if you want to be near the beach and port, lots of restaurants along beach. Nice private sunbathing deck and jacuzzi! It was about 15 mins by metro to get to city centre but public transport was very easy to use and nice coming back to the beach after a day in the city. |

The breakfast was excellent...best one yet, and we've stayed in a few hotels...And the beach is right behind the hotel...wonderful beach..fine sands..warm water..to die for... The room was not clean...the bathroom was a mess..it's a pity, because it's a fairly new hotel...they should definitely get new maids... |

Great location, right on the beach and marina, close to terminus of No 5 tram, 15 mins to city centre, good local shopping, great restaurants, particularly if you walk up the beach some way. |

Boutique hotel. Great location. Nice lobby. Nice ish facilities, such as gym. However, doesn't merit the price tag in my opinion, as the rooms are smallish and IKEA esque. Slightly cheaper it would be ok. The plus of course is the location, and we had an amazin stay there. So all good on that front. Small rooms. Too expensive. No iron or ironing facilities in room!!!!! You have to pay for that extra. |

The attractive decor of the hotel and the Neptune Restaurant - the tasting menu gave a real feel for gourmet Spanish cooking. Breakfast really worth it! My 18 year old daughter and her friend loved the gym facilities. Limited room service menu (same as in the bar) however, astonishingly, no added cost for delivery to the room and REALLY quick. The air conditioning failed in our room. the staff were sympathetic, and eventually we were moved to another room but we got the impression that this happened a lot. Views from some of the rooms - including my daughters were pretty disasterous - building site, and one of the stands for the F1 in August was constructed virtually outside of our window during our stay. A more comprehensive hotel info pack in the room would be useful - opening times etc. for some of the facilities and more info re spa services - a nicely produced, but very generalist booklet was all that was available. Much more could be done with the jacuzzi space on the roof - being comfortable out ordering drinks there for instance would have been good. |

Prime location on the beach with fantastic views from top sundeck. Wonderful menu in the restaurant. A pool would have been tops in addition to the spa, but by far not a problem at a all. |

Modern hotel; room overlooking the beach was smallish but comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast buffet bar had many choices. Basement gym seemed well equipped. |

the location on the beach was good.the metro beside beach is confusing to work out but after a couple of goes we had it worked out! the restaurant menu on the beach front was not good which was a pity because it was probably one of the most trendiest to look at. |

A base to work from, good beach location and near to the Port Jacuzzi in the room didn't work, only one UK television channel - sky news, no balcony with the room. |

I liked the freindliness of every member of staff except one lady who did nothing wrong but was not as nice as others were.I also liked the sleek design, and the quality of the service especially in the restaurant and in the bar. Its relatively small size and the lack of a sauna. The worst thing about my stay was mosquitos and insects alike. The hotel tries to fight it but the problem is sometimes stronger than their efforts |

Very nice position. We love to be by the sea… Room is very comfortable, quite big….since we didn’t spend too much time in the hotel, for us was most important –cleanness and good breakfast – and we were satisfied. bad smell....not only in the hotel...all around... |

We particularly impressed by the staff; the best place we stayed in the Barcelona-Valencia corridor. The public jaczzis weren't hot enough and couldn't be fixed. |
