Very efficient and responsive staff, spotless rooms Food variety in restaurant for both dinner and breakfast not very good and quite pricey.. Small amount of hot food at breakfast even though it was 20 euros.Charge for a small dog (yorkshire terrier) which stayed in its own bed all stay was 20 euros - excessive. |

Very good to have a kettle and Coffee and tea facilities in the room. Free internet wifi in the room also a big bonus. Buffet breakfast at 14 euros is too expensive. |

I liked the service, except for one guy who didn't behave like a 4-stars hotel staff should behave. Tea and coffee in your room. Free wifi! I didn't like one guy who was working there, but the rest of them were very nice! |

Pas d'aération dans la chambre...ce qui est tres étonnant pour un novotel. De plus, la nuit, un seul receptioniste, qui nous a fait comprendre que c'etait normal qu'il n'y ait pas d'aération, et que de toutes les façons, il était seul pour pouvoir nous aider...bref, il avait mieux à faire . |

Por lo demás bien. No me parecía justo que como no tenian habitaciones disponibles nos pusieran en habitaciones de fumadores cuando nosotros no fumamos. Horrible la noche en esa habitación!!! Muchísima olor!! |

nada me ha gustado dado que para el precio que cobra la habitación no vale su precio no hay roperos ni gabetas o cajones para guardar la ropa. Eramos dos personas en la habitacion y la ropa no la pudimos sacar de la maleta. El precio de la botella pequeña de agua 3€, carisima. El desayuno carisimo 17€, se puede desayunar como un rey por 3,5€ en un bar de la zona |
