Sehr zentrale Lage mit (schrägem) Blick auf hübschen Platz, in nettem kleinen Sträßchen. Sehr bequemes Bett. Schlafen mit offenem Fenster ist nicht möglich, da sich gegenüber 2 Bars befinden. Fenster schließen aber gut. Zimmer relativ klein. Nicht schließende Glasbadezimmertür. |

Das Hotel ist tourismusmäßig gut gelegen,da viele Sehenswürdigkeitenzu Fuß erreicht werden können bzw. Bus,Metro und Bahn nicht weit sind.Das Frühstück war gut ,wenn mal jemand aufgefüllt hatte bzw. ein sauberer Tisch vorhanden war. Die Rezeption war unpersönlich,die Fahrräder waren angeblich mehrere Tage ausgeliehendas Zimmer war eine winzige,dunkle Hinterhofkammer ohne Schrank und Tisch,sehr laut durch Bauarbeiten an der benachbarten Kirche und Fenster in den Innerhofschacht,Schwefelwasserstoffgeruch aus dem Waschbecken,sodaß das Zimmermädchen immer den Stöpsel drin ließ,Frühstücksbüffet um 10 Uhr grundsätzlich leer,sodaß man immer um Auffüllung bitten mußte,die Tische blieben schmutzig stehen,weil die Frühstücksdame etwas anderes zu tun hatte,Zimmerkarten funktionierten mehrmals nicht,die 1 Woche war eine Qual,als Familienhotel mit Kindern absolut nicht geeignet...das schlechteste Hotel der letzten 5 Jahre |

Die Lage nahe am Placa del Reina und der Busstation ist super. Eine sehr gute Ausgangslage, um Valencia zu entdecken. Es hat etwas eine beschränkte Möglichkeit, die Kleider zu deponieren. |

hervorragende Lage inmitten der Altstadt, ruhig gelegen, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in unmittelbarer Nähe, ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Besichtigungen der Stadt und auch der Umgebung. |

Im Zimmer gab es eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit zur Begrüßung aus Produkten des Landes (Orange, Honig). Beim sehr guten Frühstück wurden bis zur letzten Minute alle Platten und Schüsseln nachgefüllt. starke Lärmbelästigung durch die gegenüber befindliche Disco und keinerlei Schallisolierung der Zimmer innerhalb des Hotels |

friendly and helpful staff. location excellent. Room comfortable . Hotel looked very smart and up to date but design layout of our bathroom very poor .Very difficult to get out of shower as so little room to move ,with wasted space around sink Could have designed it better . |

Convenient City centre hotel. Well located for sights and coast. Near to metrolink system for easy access to airport and beach. Breakfast not as good as expected. Fairly average and not the speciality as described. |

The hotel is in a good and quite location in the center of the city. All rooms are equipped with notebooks and free internet access which is very useful. The cost/performance ratio is excellent. |

Overall a very comfortable hotel on a super central location, with a massage-douche, a laptop and internet in every room... and a good choice of breakfast, including fresh fruit. Beds were quite hard; no problem for me but the more for my mother, who is 73 and has a back problem. |

I loved its proximity to old city and plazas.it is in walking distance to great restaurantes and bars and within easy reach of excellent transport system. The room was rather small with little wardrobe space.i would have liked a little of the old character of the building to have been kept. |

It was quiet and excellent location, courteous staff. Great internet facility Size of the room and bath room much to small. Needs renovation and refreshing. Insuffisance choice in chanels choice .lack of foreigns newspapers. |

The location of the hotel is unbeatable. Really appreciated the laptop and free internet access in the room. The bathrooms are not very private - glazed doors not a good idea! Also the shower is very complicated to operate - and the instructions are in the wrong place (can't be read from inside the shower). |

The room was a bit small and on the night of our last stay the roof in the bahroom started leaking terribly through the ceiling light and we had to call to be relocated but were not reimuburst any money. The shower leaked and was of poor design. |

when we arrived at the hotel there was work going on next to our room involving drilling loud noise and dust, luckily we were going out immediately. If we wanted to rest it would have been impossiblle. Reception desk did not inform us of this work. The work involved the blocking of an emergency exit !! Other thn this incident we enjoyed our stay and would recommend and return |

Excellent location, right in the city centre. The rooms were quiet which is unusual for a Spanish city! Clean, well equipped, modern designed rooms. Laptop in the room was good. Full buffet breakfast was also good. Excellent quality bunk beds in the quad room. The door sensor in the lift was not working which meant the lift doors forcefully closed regardless of whether people were entering or exiting. Aircon in the lift was also faulty. |

The easy access to the city centre; the very friendly and helpful staff at the reception! no parking facilities; the warm breakfast buffet was practically empty every single day even though we always arrived 1-1.5 hours prior to closing! |
