The location and initial appearance of the hotel was quite nice. The spa facility was very impressive, but we could not make time for its use. The staff were not helpful or accomodating. They weren't familiar with restaurants to recommend on the Monday night we arrived. They also couldn't help us with an electrical adapter when ours didn't fit their outlets (though they worked everywhere else in Spain we went.) We have traveled extensively and this is absolutely not a 5 star hotel. The carpets in our hallway were disgustingly stained and dirty. I would appreciate hearing from someone at Booking.com to help me understand how a hotel can be rated 5 stars and even not be clean. |

It was a good location for us because we went to the museums and the restaurants in town. The beach was accessible by the metro. |

The staff was always ready to help. The breakfast buffet was the best of breed. The first day the bathroom was not as clean as it should be (there was some sand in the shower from the previous customers i guess...) |

Great hotel as you woul dexpect from a 5 star - excellent rooms, great breakfast, excellent staff and service. Well located to the city, 10 minutes walk to all the major sites. It is quite a distance from the beach, 50 minutes walk, so if you want a beach holiday this hotel is a little too far. |

Breakfasts were great. Freshly squeezed orange juice and delicious omlettes made to order in front of you. Rooftop pool was lovely to escape to in the July heat. Nice to have somewhere to sunbathe and take a dip. The decor in the room we stayed in was a little bit dated - the photos on booking.com showed different rooms (presumably newly decorated rooms.) Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable but if you prefer more modern decor then ask for a newer room. |

great hotel for the price. Location in between the old and the new part of the city..Parking avilable underground with direct access to hotel but pricey at 21 Euros/day. A little too large for me. |

Good confort in a 5* hotel for a very reasonable price, friendly and helpfull staff, very good value for money The location is not perfect, 30 minutes walking distance from the train station, 20 minutes from historical downtown, altough is well communicated by bus |

A very clean and plush and modern hotel, and great value for money. A lovely rooftop garden and pool. Fairly close to the centre (about 10-15 minute walk), and there are plenty of restaurants and bars close by. For a 5 star hotel, there should be tea/coffee in room. The reception staff were not particularly friendly. |

We were allowed to keep our room until 4pm on the day we checked out, which meant we could really make the most of our last day. Internet in the room was very expensive. |

A nice warm atmosfere with friendly people. The interior decoration of the lobby looked very old-fashioned and far behind time. |

Very clean hotel, staff very helpful. Conveniently located adjacent to Palau de la Musica and Turia Gardens The pool was indoor and very small ( think the roof could open up in summer ) and so was not as advertised. Plus the breakfast buffet was 19 euro pp a bit expensive!! |

The breakfast (the fresh orange juice!) the extremely helpful staff, the quietness of the rooms. There should be tea/coffee making facilities for a 5* hotel and the internet in other 5* hotels has been free of charge. Also although we were told to check in after 14.00 but had to wait till 16.00 (we were OK about this but it could have been very inconvenient) |

Nice room and bathroom, good tv,room was pleasant despite the noise coming from outside as it was a noisy holiday evening there called"fallas".pleasant pool too. Disappointed by food at hotel restaurant, ordered lamb but got only lamb fat! The rest of the food wasnt great either specially considering the price. |
