The situation of the hotel is ideal for visiting Valencia (a very beautiful city!), near to the old city centre and to the new architecture of ciudad de las artes y ciencias. The breakfast is good, though it does not vary from day to day. The room is nice and calm (if you keep your windows shut). The staff is nice and helpful -with one exception (see below) The rooftop pool is in a rather poor condition (few sunchairs, no pool bar or towels, badly kept surroundings), but it is wonderful to relax up there as long as you can get one of the three (!) sunchairs up there. At our check-in a young lady kept us waiting for at least three minutes, though she was only handling paperwork and no other guests were at the desk. When we dared to protest after several minutes of waiting, she looked at us so offended and treated us so unpolitely, that it spoiled the impression of the hotel within the first five minutes. |

The hotel is very attractive and in a good position for visiting the Science Park, the Turia and not too far from the centre of Valencia |

Showers were nice. Staff were pretty friendly Rooms were quite dusty. Gym had just 4 or so machines and most were broken. The swimming pool was very small. The breakfast was incredibly expensive. |

Nice view, front desk staff very helpful when I needed to print off some boarding passes. Really good price. Air conditioning did not appear to work that well in our room (6th floor), but my mother's room on the 3rd floor worked fine. The front desk knew I was travelling with my girlfriend but they gave us a room with two twin beds pushed together which was a bit strange. |

Cheap rates if you reserve well in advance. Very close to the Turia park and the City of Art and Sciences. Noise from other rooms. |

The buffet breakfast was really nice and the waiting staff really attentive. The reception staff were really helpful, and gave us a few nice restaurants to eat in. The only thing that was not that good was the bath and shower curtain i think that the bath could do with being changed and regrouted and a better shower curtain as it looked a bit tired. Also the swimming pool looked alot better on the internet that in real live i think that was a bit tired looking and small. |

Thought it was good value for money, centrally situated for city and beach. Breakfast good, No but it would have been nice if there had been somewhere to go for a coffee and a sit down as with neighbouring hotels. |

The location to both the new and old parts of the city. It was also near to the no.1 and no.19 bus routes. We would have liked to have had a least one english channel on the television eg BBC News and the cooked breakfast could have been more appetising |

Nice hotel, very close to the Oceanographic museum and Museum of Arts. The shuttle to the beach is a fantastic idea as well as the city tours bus. There is no wifi. |

1) The hotel staff was great. They listened to questions and provided clear answers. If there was a language difficulty, a staff member was found who could speak English. 2) Despite the lack of English-speaking TV stations (1 only--Fox News), my son loved the cartoon Oliver Y. Benji! 3) The room safe was super. 4) The A/C was fantastic! Thank you for letting it remain on when we were out of the room! We liked the pool, but it was a bit small and there's no shallow end for children. |

The hotel was in a perfect position for the City of Arts and Sciences and Oceanographic. Just a stroll away, with bars and restaurants closeby and also on site. Although we didn't use it - the bus to the beach is a great addition - and it also does a City Tour at night - perfect to see the sites of the old town buzzing. Hotel access from airport via taxi cost between 13 - 20 Euro depending on the route and amount of passengers. Staff were very friendly and most spoke enough english for us to communicate. Rooms were spacious and spotless. Breakfast buffett was about 14 Euro but complete with bacon, eggs, toast, croissants, cold meat buffet, fruit, cereal - wheatever you wanted and as much as you wanted. Not cheap, but worth the money. |
