Good hotel, convenient location close to metro and train station, great shower. The hotel 'bar' is not very inviting/cosy. Also, we requisted a double bed but instead were given two singles. Expensive breakfast. |

Location, interior design and breakfast. I highly reccommend this hotel for anyone looking for a well designed room and lobby. REception staff was friendly and efficient. Service in the breakfast room was very good, and of course the food was good and well presented. Everything was ok, nothing to complain about. |

Our room was large/clean and comfortable. There was a large clean bathroom. Despite its location the room was very quiet. Reception staff were helpful. It might have been nice to eat there but the information about food is poor and the dining and reception areas are not particularly welcoming to linger in. We - like others we saw - ate opposite the hotel, so the hotel had lost lots of customers. |

Hotel situated in a central pedestrian street location near to bars and restaurants and within easy walking distance of all city attractions. The room was spacious and everything in working order. Hotel breakfast was expensive so used cafe opposite. We found the Hotel functional rather than comfortable. |

Lovely hotel with stylish reception and very welcoming and helpful staff. The bedroom was charming; comfortable, quiet, clean and well fitted. We did not eat at the hotel so cannot comment on the food but the dining room looked very nice. |

Excellent location (easy metro link to airport; short walk to visitor sights, restaurants etc. in old town; good bus links to new Arts & Science centre). Helpful, attentive staff. Very comfortable room. Wonderful breakfast. |

Great standard for a 4 star Spanish hotel...room almost 5 star in feel. Very comfortable bed. Room was well equipped except for availability of tea/coffee making facilities and an iron! Central to railway station. Cheap breakfasts available in surrounding streets. Would not accept AMEX for extra's - made it difficult. To have to pay EUR 6-10 per item to be ironed after travelling 24 hours was a little excessive I thought...went around Valencia creased! Also, to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room would be great. Very expensive over GP - would probably choose another hotel next time. |

Beautifully appointed room. Excellent bathroom. Breakfast very good. Hotel spotlessly clean. Bed rather hard. Asked for double room, but it had twin beds pushed together. Apparently all rooms are like that. This should have been stated on your bookings.com website. |
