Deposit
25 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

The deposit must be paid in cash upon arrival and will be returned upon departure when the condition of the apartment has been checked and the keys returned.
Guests arriving later than 21:00 will be subject to a surcharge of EUR 20.

Posizione centralissima, arredo ed ambienti recentemente ristrutturati, piccolo ma funzionale. Il palazzo attiguo è in fase di completa ristrutturazione e l'appartamento nelle ore di lavoro è inabitabile per il frastuono dei lavori edili. In una occasione l'ascensore si è bloccato! Il bagno ricavato nella camera da letto è separato solo da un vetro trasparente. Si vede, si sente e si odora tutto. Solo per coabitanti molto intimi. |

Odeur pestilentielle d'egouts propre parait il a cette zone , le confort est insuffisant la configuration de l'appartement n'est pas conviviale ni pratique pour 4 adultes. |

Het apartement ligt erg centraal. Vanuit de binnenstad is alles makkelijk te bereiken. Het ligt dichtbij Barrio del Carmen, een uitgaansbuurt. Het was in het begin lastig te vinden omdat het in een klein steegje ligt. Het is wel dichtbij de binnenstad, dus als je het eenmaal weet is het niet moeilijk meer. |

wir waren dort, als zuerst ein valenciafest und dann der spanische nationalfeiertag gefeiert wurde, 50m entfernt fand ein mittelaltermarkt statt. der lärm von der strasse war bis 5:00 in der frühe zu hören. mit ohrenstöpseln kann man auch früher einschlafen. |

super centraal gelegen, zeer verzorgd, goed ingericht, zelfs een wasmachine plus droger voor algemeen gebruik , lief dakterrasje met schitterend uitzicht, sympathieke hostess die de sleutel kwam brengen verbouwing van het pand naast het appartement, veel lawaai en stof |

voor het 3e bed was geen linnengoed, en geen deken aanwezig. het regende 1 dag en 1 nacht en het water liep in de slaapkamer naar binnen, gelukkig niet op het bed maar er wel vlak naast. De trap naar de slaapkamer was veel te steil en de treden veel te ver uit elkaar. de ramen moest je dicht houden ivm de stank van de afvoerputjes. |

Studio de bon gout et calme Attention au moment de payer, il m'etait demande de payer 30 € de plus pour le nettoyage; ce que j'ai refuse car j'avais edite la reservation de booking qui disait que le service etait compris. D'autre part, ils n'acceptent que le numeraire. |

Het appartement van onze keuze was verkocht als alternatief kregen we een app. in Pasage Dr. Bartual Moret 10 aangeboden - betere ligging Het appartement was zeer gehorig en de warmwatervoorziening liet te wensen over. (oftewel 2 van de 6 hadden slechts warm water) |

apartement bestond niet meer na gezoek (buren) een tel.num. gekregen was het apartement verhuisd dus na lange tel. is het goedgekomen volgen de mevr. van vlc was het bij booking.com bekend was daar doorgegeven maar niet aan mij. was is aan mijn creatieve opgelost. |

L'appartamento è stato appena ristrutturato ed è molto curato curato nei dettagli e molto bello e molto funzionale la collocazione del bagno, era integrato nella camera da letto con un box di vetro senza areazione, anche se era molto bello da vedere |

bello l'appartamento sito in Calle Bello 4, arredamento carino e nuovo, scomodo avere un solo armadio, la camera nel soppalco è molto calda perché il condizionatore è situato troppo in basso e non riesce a raffreddarla |

l'appartamento è fantastico.strutturato su due piani e con tutti gli optional necessari.la posizione perfetta sia per uscire la sera sia per fare giri turistici per il centro storico della città. il piano superiore nei periodi caldi dell'estate è un pò invivibile perchè essendo un attico,fa alquanto caldo e l'aria condizionata copre solamente il primo piano...però nel complesso voto 8! |
