The location, la ubicacion. First of all the front desk people were not nice. Then the room they gave is was really small for a 4 star hotel. My wife and me bumped easily into each other (I am not tall at all). Then at night the air conditioning system was really noisy. They moved us into a single room (even smaller) where again sounds of water pipes were all night but too tired to complain again at midnight. (Yes, they offered us free breakfast in exchange, thanks). |

Location of the hotel was great, within walking distance to most places of interest. Room was comfortable and clean. Reception staff were mostly pleasant. There was no iron available for use in the room; the hotel charge for an ironing service. |

Complementary food in the room was nice. I have never stayed in one of those Japanese houses with paper walls, but I guess it must be like the Felipe IV hotel. All through the night we could hear a woman having a telephone conversation in the next room. Quite remarkable considering women's voice don't normally travel through walls like male voices. Also, when guests in other rooms used the toilet it sounded like we were in the middle of some sort of industrial machine in our room. To top it all, the staff were rude, going over and over trying to explain to you that you were wrong about whatever you chose to complain about. |

Ubicación espléndida, a 200 m de la estación y a 5 minutos andando de la plaza mayor. Habitación confortable y personal muy amable. Quizás hacía demasiado calor en la habitación y la no inclusión del desayuno en la estancia; el precio justificaría incluirlo. |

mi sono trovato all'una di notte a cambiare stanza per un principio di incendio in un interruttore della luce con fumo e...un poco di spavento Larroganza del cameriere di sala nel fare la colazione il primo giorno, in quanto credevo di avere incluso la colazione ma verificando la prenotazione ho accertato che non cera, il cameriere con la sua arroganza nonostante avessi detto che avrei pagato continuava inperterrito a non volermi servire , mi sono visto costretto contattare il direttore... Molto spiacevole |

Es un hotel correcto, pero mejoraría la insonorización ya que se oye todo de las habotaciones de al lado. Las ventanas son antiguas y entraba el aire frío de la calle. El baño es amplio, pero el secador de pelo es muy antiguo y nada práctico. Me ha gustado que la cama es muy confortable, la habitación amplia y que en el lobby hay un ordenador con internet gratuito para los huéspedes del hotel. |

Me ha gustado la amplitud de la habitación y el baño. A destacar la limpieza. Le falta alguna zona de estar más acogedora. Habría que mejorar la insonorización entre habitaciones (se oyen mucho "las actividades" de los vecinos). |
