We liked the friendly helpful staff and the central location of the hotel. The sound proofing was extremely good as we discovered that in the evening there was a lot of hustle bustle in the adjoining streets but with the windows closed there was no sound at all to be heard. Would have preferred to have in room coffee/tea facility but otherwise no complaint. Coffee was available in the restaurant when open. |

La información recibida al hacer la reserva induce a error. Suele ser lo normal, que se especifique: Alojamiento, Alojamiento y desayuno, etc. Sin embargo, se citaba el desayuno, con su respectivo precio, pero éste no estaba incluido. |

Die gute Lage und die Möglichkeit, für drei Euro ein kleines Frühstück anstatt des Buffets für zwölf Euro zu wählen. Unser Zimmer war direkt am Aufzug und wir hatten nur kleine Fenster im Schlafzimmer, im Wohnzimmer gab es gar kein natürliches Licht. Der Internetzugang hat meist nicht funktioniert. |

Es un hotel pequeño, acogedor, un personal muy amable. Nos tenían reservada la plaza de garaje que habíamos solicitado y no pusieron problemas en que dejaramos la habitación un poco más tarde de la hora oficial de salida e incluso pudimos dejar el coche en el garaje del hotel todavía más tiempo. Está muy bien situado, muy céntrico. El cuarto de baño tiene columna de hidromasaje, albornoces... La habitación es algo pequeña, y las plazas de garaje incómodas, y sólo hay tres o cuatro, por lo que es imprescindible reservar. |

La ubicación es excelente y el personal, ha sido muy atento. El interior del hotel es bastante nuevo, muy cuidado y el precio que nos ofertaron, en cuanto a relación calidad-precio, fue bastante razonable (70 €). Aunque la estancia fue corta, de una sola noche, no encontramos nada negativo que destacar. |

La situación La falta de parking, a pesar de que dijeron que no había dificultad tuvimos quellevar el coche a un aparcamiento público bastante lejos, con las incomodidades consiguientes.La estructura del hotel y los servicios no son a mi juicio de cuatro estrellas. Creo que con tres sería más que suficiente. |
