We spent 4 nights in the hotel whilst on a business trip, the staff were very friendly and the service was good. In particular the bar staff were exceptionally friendly and courteous probably more noticable because we spent quite a lot of time outside so the table service was appreciated. Minimal tea and coffeee in the rooms, as an English person I was very dissapointed with the brand of " English tea" and would suggest you look at alternative brands. This is not a criticism but just one of things that I feel could be improved as you know the English are very particular about the tea they drink - pg Tips is one of the most popular in the uk or Tetleys. Most of us really enjoy the first cup of tea in the mornings in our room and so this was a huge dissapointment. Normally I would bring my own but on this occasion forgot. |

The staff were really nice, and overall this hotel exceeded my expectations. Although the interesting part of the city is a 20 minute walk away. it was easy and pleasant to walk to. WiFi was complimentary which was useful! |

Hotel has an excellent layout and functional room design. Easy access with a car and secure parking is clearly indicated. Swimming pool. Buffet breakfast was very good but overpriced. |

Rooms were comfortable, staff helpful. Hotel bar and restaurant very good, prices reasonable. My first room was a smoking room and still had smell of stale smoke, but I was immediately changed when I asked. |

Lo que más me ha gustado ha sido que las habitaciones están insonorizadas y no se oye ni un ruido, lo que te permite evadirte y aislarte en tu espacio y que la cama era muy cómoda. Que el baño está muy cerca de la cama y la situación del hotel que no está muy céntrico. |

Personnel parle très bien le français. Propreté, déco et confort de la chambre. Gentillesse du personnel. Cadeaux à mon arrivée pour les chiens. Le prix élevé pour le supplément chien : 20 euros . Malgré avoir laissé stationné ma voiture en bas de l'hôtel, elle a été fracturée la nuit et mes affaires volées!! Le prix élevé pour le parking privé de l'hôtel : 14 euros la nuit, mais ça vaut sans doute le coup quand on ne veut pas retrouver sa voiture fracturée... |

El lateral de la cama esta pegada a la puerta del cuarto de baño, quedan unos 30 cm para pasar. Y el minibar tiene la puerta transparente por lo que la luz de la nevera molesta por la noche. |
