The location of the hotel Roma in the centre of Valladolid was very good, near the Plaza Mayor and the most important shops and other points of interest fot the tourist. |

Very pleasant and helpful front desk staff. Buffet breakfast very good value and started at 0700. Safe in room did not work. |

Great location, right in the city center. The room was very comfortable and cosy. The staff was helpful.Very nice bathroom. You cant reach the hotel by car and the parking is 3 min away. We got a 3 single bed room instead of a double room. |

The hotel is literally 3 minutes from the Playa Mayor in a quiet side street. Must be the only no-smoking hotel with ashtrays in the rooms. Staff not very helpful. restauraunt and bars emtpy throughout my stay. |

hotel was very central and room's were a good size seemed to having trouble locking the window and there was a patio directly beneath which i think was a bit of a security issue. |

The location is excellent for the historic sights and shops There was no English speaking news channel . cnn or Euro news should be the minimum requirement for all hotels. |

Superb assistance, welcome and comfort during stay. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice in lovely surroundings. Very central for the town. Useful to have a facility to park a car. |

Central location, great value for money could not get wifi to connect in room and receptionist lacked knowledge to solve problem and was unhelpful, so had to give up. Needed to work so this was a nuisance. |

Very convenient location next to Plaza Mayor in Valladolid, perfect for visiting sites in the old city. Very helpful courteous staff. Close to great restaurants. Inexpensive, clean, functional. Hotel can be noisy in the morning, quiet at night. Room had been used for smoking, room furnishings basic. |

Very good location for tourism and shopping. Room is clean and tidy. Two things I have to say, one: I could hear every single noise of next room. two: room was too hot with too much heating I was keep opening the window. |
