The courtiuos staff at the reception and the good standerd of bedroom and bathroom with excellent toiletries The dining head waiter made us feel most unwelcome and everything seemed too much trouble for him although we were the only people in the resteraunt all the time we were in it he never spoke to us and his whole demeener was rude and we did not enjoy the experiance at all would not recommend anyone to use the dining room for dinner, although the food was nice, I complained at reception and asked for a complaints form , but was given a claim form by mistake and did not have time to change this. |

I was very disappointed. The telephone in my room did not work and when I complained the receptionist did not believe me and I had to come down to reception twice before this was dealt with. The room was too hot and the temperature control did not work. The food that I ordered from the restaurant came with ingredients (tuna and egg from the mixed salad) missing - due to my room phone not working I was unable to resolve this issue. |

The bar being part of the hotel. The evening meal in the hotel restaurant. By not carrying a computer the location of the available internet access, being in the reception area, was not ideal. On a day when there were few guests within the hotel, the choices for breakfast were poor. |

Hotel was very modern,bright and clean. The staff helpful (very limited english- phrasebook advised). Rooms again very clean and very comfortable.Good selection of toiletries available for a overnight or weekend break to save carrying fom UK in hand luggage. |

We were very please with our reception - the room was clean and comfortable - the breakfast was satisfactory and parking most convenient - the short walk to the old city was manageable - local colour in terms of restaurants was disappointing The lady on duty at reception on the evening of check in was particularly helpful and was the main contributor to making the stay successful. Without her assistance it would have not been possible to achieve our site seeing and shopping objectives. The dissapointing collection of local restaurants is something that requires attention |

The hotel facilities are fairly good (good shower, comfortable bed - after asking for a couple of extra pillows - and reasonable breakfast). The staff was friendly without over doing it. The place was clean and the views from the 7th floor were great!. It is a 4 start hotel but from my experience in other 4 stars i would have expected more facilities. Some of the channels on the TV were not well tunned in, the aircon didn't really make a difference, and there was no particular add-in (gym or exercise equipment in the room, laptop, or pool, spa etc) that made this hotel a 4 start in my opinion. |

The helpful attitude of the reception staff A screaming dervish of a young female concierge who came screaming after me enquiring as to who I was. The receptionist ordered her to desist,but I have never experienced in any hotel around the world being treated in the way she berated me |

L'hotel è molto bello, in ottima posizione (5 minuti a piedi dal centro) ed ha un rapporto qualità/prezzo eccezionale. E' dotato di parcheggio a prezzi abbordabili (diversamente non è semplice trovare un posto auto).La camera in cui ho alloggiato non era enorme ma estremamente confortevole e molto silenziosa. |

La situación del hotel, porque aunque está a un rato andando del centro, se encuentra en el Paseo Zorrilla, una de las calles más importantes de Valladolid, y desde allí es sencillo acceder a todos los sitios. Habitación amplia. Algunas de las personas de recepción eran muy incompetentes, les preguntabas por un museo, y no sabían ni que esistía... |
