The lagar restaurant: this restaurant a la carte is in the lobby and offers a variety of cuisines from the local to the international cuisine. Lunch time is between 13.00 PM and 16:00 PM and dinner time is between 20:00 PM and 24:00am.
Coffe Shop-Snack bar: located in the lobby opens from 10:30 am to 24:00am.
Piano bar: this bar opens form 22:00pm to 02:00am, is on the first floor.
Connecting, double bedded and non-smoking rooms are all available, as well as rooms for disabled guests.
The Victor Jara theatre is set just 350 metres from the hotel, and a wide range of sports facilities are found in the surrounding area.

Food was good. Yes, I specifically booked this Hotel as you advertised an airport shuttle, specifing on my original on-line booking the aircraft departure time - this was not confirmed nor was there a shuttle. Very dissappointing. You most certainly need to look into this. |

coutious staff Non existant sound proofing. Guests in the adjoining room could be clearly heard having a normal conversation. No rest! |

The Airport Shuttle worked excellently and the wireless internet in the room was for free (different to the indication at booking.com), although it was a bit hard to get the access data. Good breakfast buffet |

Quality wifi connection. Decent price, probably thanks to the government of Spain's tight hotel regulation. Its a bit far from the airport for an airport hotel. But I guess that because Gran Canaria's airport is in the middle of nowhere, not really the hotel's fault. Also the 'doubles' are really just two singles stuck together like in a 50s sitcom. This is just a feature of Spanish hotels in general likely though. |

staff and service very good. The bar does not serve a bloody mary.Spirit prices are expensive.There was no face flannel in the bathroom.This was my 2nd visit in 4 weeks. My 1st stay was more enjoyable. |

De personeel is erg vriendelijk, gratis verlenging van kamer gekregen. daarnaast is de internet verbinding erg snel. suite was schoon. Niet alle faciliteiten waren beschikbaar, roomservice was niet altijd te bereiken. zwembad veel te koud. |

Estuve de viaje de negocio y el hotel era perfectamente situado. Cerca del aeropuerto, de un centro comercial y de mi cliente. Las instalaciones son modernas en de buen confort. No pude probar la piscina. La nevera de mi habitacion hacia mucho ruido |
