Excellent location and very friendly staff. Very pleasant dining room and good breakfast Rooms are gloomy but considering that it is in the old town with very narrow streets there is nothing that can be done. |

This hotel was great value for money. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff very sweet and helpful. It is centrally located (close to the cathedral and various bars and restaurants). Highly recommended. |

Proximity to the Cathedral was a big bonus. The staff were always very friendly, professional and happy to assist with any queries. Nice, big, modern and comfortable room. |

Well located in relation to the Cathedral and historic centre Road works made it very difficult to get to the parking, the map on the web was wrong due to the works, the hotel restaurant was expensive for what it was. |

This is without question a brilliant hotel. Too bad they were drilling for oil in front of the hotel. Lots of noise. Ask to make sure the construction is done. |

The hotel is centrally located in the "old city". THere are plenty of local eatries for breakfast, lunch and dinner nearby. We travelled with 2 small children and the hotel staff was great. The best part of staying at the hotel was their Director of Sales who waited for our family every morning and helped us plan our daily itinerary. I would definately go back to the Velada Burgos. |

Size of room, virtually a suite. Position is excellent if you wish to visit the cathedral. Difficult to find and car park is only for advanced drivers! |

Hotel is clean. The persons inthe breakfast room and cleaning ladies are helpfull and nice. There is only a reception in the hotel, no caffee or thee or drink acomodation, Pool was still closed (June). The reception-lady in the morning was arrogant. (In the afternoon the other lady was very helpfull). Hotel is very noisy. And at least 20 minutes walk to old city centre. |
