I have no problems with the hotel however it is isolated. To get to Mojacar was a 15 to 20 minute car journey. |

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. During our stay we experienced some of the heaviest rainfall the region had seen for many years. The basement area, including the restaurant, was totally flooded to about a metre deep. The lift shafts were like water falls but the staff and the owner could not do enough to help us cope and make us comfortable. For a situation out of their control they coped very well. We did find the bed was too hard, therefore my wife and I bought two inflatable beach beds to place upon our mattress. With hindsight we could have asked for another room but due to the flooding we decided to leave things as they were. |

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool. Mostly occupied by Spanish families which made for a pleasant atmosphere. Fresh coffee and fresh orange juice at breakfast would be a great improvement. Very high deposits required per towel at the pool. |

We have stayed here many times because it is open all year and is close to where our family live. We were disappointed this time as it now appears shabby and certainly not up to the 4 star standard we find at other hotels in Spain. We feel it has deteriorated this year. |

It was a very nice apartment with all the facilities available. The bufet breakfast was excellent. Very relaxed atmosphere. The ceiling was leaking in the corridors so the floors were wet in lots of places |

This is a pleasant Spanish hotel on the coast. We chose it because we were attending a wedding. I speak Spanish, so liked the fact that we appeared to be the only English speaking people there, amidst a lot of Spanish families. It might not be the best place for people expecting to be holidaying with other English speaking families. We had a pleasant suite with a large bathroom. The reception staff were very helpful and kind. They told me about the Internet cafe next door, which was great as we could do the airline online check in and avoid a large queue on the way back to the UK. The pool area had a good family atmosphere and the poolside restaurant looked good. We didn't eat at the restaurant but the set lunch looked good. A few of the facilities in the foyer area were not working, it wasn't clear if that was just that day or if they had been broken for longer. In general the rest of the hotel seemed well maintained. |

El hotel se encontraba en muy mal estado debido a una inundación y las instalaciones y las habitaciones no cumplían los minimos para alojarse. Considero que el hotel al recibir la reserva debía haberme notificado la situación para haber tenido capacidad de reacción. Al llegar allí ya no puede hacer nada. La calefacción no funcionaba y el parking tampoco. Entiendo que esto será puntual pero no lo recomiendo si vais en proximas fechas |

tranquilo, agradable, comodo, precio... Pedimos una cuna de viaje vía booking, no estaba preparada al llegar a la habitación, nos dijeron que en 10 minutos, nos fuimos a comer, dos horas más tarde seguía sin estar la cuna, llamamos dos veces más y una hora después la trajeron, aplanzando la hora de la siesta de nuestro hijo, por cierto la cuna un desatre, destartalada, rota, las sabanas no eran de cuna y se salían del colchón cada dos por tres... |

L'appartamento era ampio, confortevole e ben equipaggiato anche dal ppunto di vista degli elettrodomestici. I piccoli problemi riscontrati sono stati tempestivamente risolti dallo staff della reception. Non ci sono aspetti negativi. Forse alcune zone della struttura ( ingresso posteriore e balconi degli appartamenti) avrebbero bisogno di essere meglio curati. |
