You transferred us to Hotel Subur and Hotel San Sebastian Playa. Both were excellent. The only complaint is the opening of the door in the garage of the San Sebastian Playa. The switch is in an impossible place and is difficult to find. |

We wanted easy train access to Barcelona, and this was excellent. The choice of local restaurants was also very good. Sitges is a lovely place to visit. Our hotel door did not lock properly, and the lift was only large enough for one person with luggage. |

We paid for the first night & checked out - it was disgusting. Dirty, Smelly, Untidy, how it achieves 3 stars is a mystery. Has anyone been there to check recently? The springs were nearly through the mattress. |

It is close to yhr center Hotel is absolute not comfortable and to expensive for this kind of hotel. And absolute not comfortable. |

First half of the stay the room was tiny and uncomfortable. Second half of the stay, they were nice and upgraded us to an awesome room! The location is perfect. Nice street. Fair breakfast. Locks on the doors could have been better. They charge a per day fee for using the room safe. |

Was forced to stay in a room with no lock and a dooe which would not close properly. Manager had decided to take a holiday in the middle og August. Only after forcing the staff were we able to speal to her on the phone and a new room was provided. At this point the hotel decided to change its pricing agreement and increase room rate by 20 euros/night. |
