The hotel is in the city center, also is near to the port. Excellent location five minutes from train station. I booked a double room for single use and it was a bedroom and a small living room. The bathroom was large and clean. Staff is friendly and fast. The breakfast is not so good. No fruits at the breakfast. Parking is too small. |

We selected the Ensenada for its closeness to the station as we were arriving late into Vigo from the Porto train. The room was great and we were given a map and directions to explore when we arrived and were able to make the best of our full day in Vigo, The breakfast was good with a wide choice including some excellent manchego cheese. |

LA espaciosa habitacion y el buffet del desayuno. Un frio glacial, en mi habitacion y en el resto, ya que se comento en el desayuno con algunos alojados.Se solicito ayuda a recepcion y solo dijeron que abriese unos radiadores que ya estaban abiertos. |

Hotel bastante agradável, justo para o preço cobrado Vigo é uma cidade sem possibilidade estancionamento livre, ou pelo menos barato. Servindo-se disso, o Hotel cobra um valor demasiado elevado (10€ dia) pelo acesso ao seu estâncionamento privado. Sabendo que não existe possibilidade de estâncionar na cidade, o Hotel podia "mimar" os seus clientes. |

De prijs en de ligging waren voor mijn doeleinden prima. De kamer was schoon. Zonder nooduitgang op de 6e verdieping is geen prettig gevoel. Dineren was nauwelijks mogelijk. Het restaurant was dan ook helemaal leeg. |

Prima ligging ten opzichte van het station. Ruime en moderne kamer. De kamer lag aan de zijde van de snelweg; ik had veel last van geluid van voorbijrazende auto's. |

Hotel céntrico Instaciones en general en muy mal estado, mucha suciedad en la moquetas y polvo en todos los muebles de la habitación, lo único que se salvaba era el baño, pero tenía humedad en el techo. El colmo fue que la persona que nos cobró la estancia tenía una hemorragia en la boca y sangraba abundantemente y se tocaba los labios, incluso fue al baño antes de cobrarnos, con lo cual tuvimos que pagar en efectivo, por darnos asco entregar nuestra tarjeta. Con esto último ya sobra ningún comentario más. No es digno de figurar en las páginas de booking. |

el trato del personal y el desayuno, ademas de permitir la estancia de animales de forma gratuita, el resto un desastre. el aire acondicionado no funcionaba y nos dieron un ventilador, asombroso, la moqueta de zonas comunes muy, muy sucia,y los ruidos de la calle insoportables ya que sin aire teniamos que abrir las ventanas para poder dormir, en suma muy desaconsejable. |

Centrico y tranquilo. Algunas habitaciones son enormes, con salón incluido. Cuenta además con servicio wifi gratuito. El desayuno, aunque tipo buffet no tiene excesiva variedad salvo en bolleria. No cuentan con la cafeteria abierta mas que durante el desayuno. |

la habitación. el baño. las vistas sobre la ria de vigo. el descontrol que llevan con el tema del parking. Hicimos una reserva en el parking del hotel, pero el recepcionista (pelo rizado, ojos azules) que estaba cuando llegamos no sabía cómo funcionaba el tema del parking, negó que se pudiera hacer dicha reserva. Aparcamos como pudimos y al dia siguiente otro recepcionista me preguntó por qué no habíamos metido el coche en el parking si teníamos la reserva. |

Su situación cerca de la autopista Lamentable el trato del personal en el parking de la calle Uruguay (tienen un acuerdo con el hotel). Ascensores fatal. Algún empleado del hotel podría ser más cordial. |

Do pequeno almoço bastante completo e da dimensão da cama! Melhorar a limpeza,diminuição do ruído nos corredores, retirar as placas de permitido fumar nos corredores quando na recepção do hotel se informa que em todo o hotel não é permitido fumar. Insonorização dos wcs!!! |
