We were 4 adults visiting Tossa de Mar for 7 days. The village was impressing with old architecture, the old castle, small streets without traffic by cars. There was a lot of shopping possibilities and a impressing numbers of good restaurants. The beach just some 200 meters from the hotel was nice and not too crowdy. |

Easy to find and park. Great location, central and not too far from sea. Everything renovated and tastefully furnished. Great buffet breakfast and helpful staff. I was surprised that there was no terrace or garden, and even more suprised to hear that if you wanted to use the jacuzzi and top terrace it was 18 e an hour. I would have thought it should be free as it is classed as a facility of the hotel. I would have liked to have been able to check in earlier than 3 pm. |

Location is great, even though they have a parking area for guests, you have to pay 20E per day which should be included in the price they charge for the room. Anyway there is free parking space near by. The breakfast was really good. Also the staff very friendly. They didnt came to do clean the room. We had to asked in the reception to send someone to do it. |

We were very dissapointed in the hotel and did not enjoy our stay. The facilities advertised in the hotel were not in place. The standard of the room furnishing was poor. There was nowhere to sit in the rooms and as there were no facilities available to relax in the hotel it was not comfortable. The terrace while it existed was not furnished with cushion mattresses and parasols and when asked for some cushions we were told not possible. balconies furnished sparsl |

nice clean modern hotel, easy to find and close to the centre of town which is also a few minute walk to the beach. breakfast was great. no parking on site. had to park in bus station about a 10 minute walk. no pool in the hotel although you could use one in a neighbouring hotel. |

La situación es buena. Las habitaciones amplias, con terraza.no hay muchos ruidos Quizás viene un poco grande lo de cuatro estrellas y el precio un poco excesivo. |

La ubicación, muy céntrico, y la decoración. El servicio entró en la habitación a las 10 de la mañana sin llamar a la puerta. Poca luz en el baño. Nada de bebida en el mini-bar. |

La localización del hotel es excelente, está en pleno centro. El personal del servicio fué correcto en todo momento. La habitación estaba limpia y era muy espaciosa. Demasiado caro, no veo que se merezca las 4 estrellas, teniendo en cuenta que: no entraba el desayuno, el minibar estaba vacio, las camas no eran dobles, la decoración bastante sencilla, el water estaba roto (eso sí luego lo arreglaron), y apenas habian utiles para el baño (jabon, cepillos, etc...). |

Posizione centrale e abbastanza vicino al mare, cinque minuti a piedi, qualità del mangiare molto buona, personale molto cortese e disponibile, Vicente e Valeria su tutti. Quattro giorni su sette ci hanno mandato a mangiare in un hotel a tre stelle, stessa qualità di cibo, ma ambiente completamente differente. |

Posizione centrale, abbastanza vicino al mare, personale molto disponibile, molto buona la qualità della "cucina" gestita veramente bene dal gentilissimo Signor Vicente. Non capisco perchè accettano la mezza pensione per poi mandare i clienti a mangiare in un altro hotel di categoria inferiore (stesso cibo, ma ambiente completamente diverso). Sarà solo una questione economica? |

La situación, centrico y bien comunicado. La habitación adecuada, limpia y suficiente para una noche. El parking que anuncian es un trozo de terreno en mitad de la ciudad donde solo hay vigilancia hasta las 12 de la noche. |
