I used the hotel as a stopover on a return trip and found it to be very welcoming. The staff were friendly, the room was comfortable and the restaurant was excellent in both quality and value. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the service was efficient in all areas and the food was much better than I expected for the price. I would certainly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area. |

poor , hotel stated it had a fitness centre , there was one exercise bike. sauna did not work. norhing to do, food was poor and choice was limited |

Location was good, close to subway station. Room was really nice. Food in restaurant wasn't good and was over-priced for what it was, eat out somewhere! |

Hotel was what we paid for, rooms clean and food ok Hotel was too far from Port Avenutura. The website said 500m, it was a few km away, too far to walk really. |

I liked pretty much everything about the hotel, value for money and u could even walk too the theme park. Would recomend this hotel to any1 I was staying in the hotel room and there was ment ta be a double bed, but it was two single beds. Even tried pushing them together but it's not the same. u'd find yourself on the floor after slippin through |

The staff were extremely helpful, the rooms exceptionally clean, excellent facilities, good parking would use again The food in the resturant was terrible, extremely expensive for the quality, eg 4 adults 112 euros, we couldn't eat the food. Would definately use hotel again, however will not use the resturant again. |

friendly staff, did their best to make us feel welcome. Gave us champagne on 2 occasions (day of arrival and after night out), clean room, had the pool area to ourselves. |

Very competent & helpful reception girl; very good dinner & amazing value for money - €20 for apéritif & appetizer, 3 courses including good wine! Rooms only medium-sized; beds with covers, not quilts: suggest not quite 4 star. |

as we were smokers we got the top floor which was excellent,but was surprised to see no ashtrays? we managed but would have expected them . the staff were very helpful and so was the food. |

fantastic, beutiful room huge space lovely pool and spar close to theme park excellent choice for us. just a small thing the menu for evening meal was in spanish we had to get someone to translate for us, but the lunch menu was in english. |

Everything was in spainish, nothing in english so it was a bit hard to understand somethings. If its meant to be a 4 star hotel at least they could have provided us with some english. Even though the hotel staff tried to help out as much as they could. |
