The views and location were stunning. It is extremely attractive and well designed. The port is a matter of minutes away, though some of the rooms might be inaccessible to infirm or disabled clients. We had to request a copy of the hotel directory, after we discovered the number for reception by calling out of the window to a passing member of staff. When we asked for tea, coffee, and milk, in order to use the kettle and cups provided, we were told that these were not included. Surely guests should not be expected to pack such items for a stay in a 5* hotel? |

Beautiful views over Port Andratx. Very helpful staff. Clean and recently refurbished rooms. Beautiful bathroom Over priced rooms. Sheets not ironed. Two single beds 'pushed' together. Noisy room at front of hotel due to hotels live entertainment and noise from restaurant. Air conditioning not available. TV tuned to mostly German channels, poor reception on others. No balcony for the 'superior room'. |

Die lage , die individuelle Anlage einer alten Villa setzt sich vonder Uniformiotät anderer Luxus Hotels deutlich ab. Bitte schreiben Sie mindestens 15 Wörter Das early Checkout um 6.00 Uhr war fast nicht möglich. Das Personal völlig überfordert. |

Die Villa Italia ist ein wunderschönes Gebäude mit einer wunderschönen Lage. Preis Leistung in Sachen Zimmer stimmt nicht. Das gebuchte Superior-Doppelzimmer entsprach nicht den gebuchten 25 m2, hatte kein Marmorbadezimmer, die Heizung hat nicht funktioniert, nach dem 2. Tag wurde uns ein Beistellofen ins Mini-Zimmer gestellt. Die Wellness hat Schimmelpilz und riecht furchtbar, unbrauchbar. Der Frühstücksraum wurde nur behelfsmässig beheizt. |

Am besten der Ausblick unseres Zimmers auf den Hafenvon Puerto Andraitx. Ja, wir hatten mehrmals beim abendlichen Duschen das Erlebnis,dass wir kein Wasser hatten, ebenso bei der Toilette und beim Waschbecken.War nicht so prickelnd! |
