For a European hotel, the rooms were very nice size. They were very clean, the design was beautiful and somewhat unique, and the location within the city was perfect. I especially liked the garden resturant. It was very sceriene. A business center, or at least a computer that would allow you to check emails and print boarding passes |

The rooms were decorated in a pleasing, modern style. They charged extra for using the pool and for the WiFi. At one point I asked for an iron and they said they could not bring me an iron but they would iron it for me--for 5 EUR. |

All was fine. Very nice staff, comfortable room. Extraordinary shower! The spa package we booked consisted of a 25 minute massage for my wife and me, which was also very nice. Dinner is terrific. The listing claimed the hotel has a pool. It has a "motion" pool -- the small kind that you can swim against the current, but not a real one. And they charge a lot extra for use of the gym and pool; had we known that, we would have looked elsewhere. |

The hotel in itself is really beautiful, the rooms are great and the staff is really helpful. It is really close to the centre of the city - we walked everywhere, including Alhambra. You have to pay for access to gym and swimming pool, which is rather unusual. If you travel with friends, it is good to know that at least some of the bathrooms have a glass wall so people in the room can see you quite clearly when you shower. |

The hotel is very nicely decorated and the rooms were very comfortable. I loved all the candles. The hotel staff were very friendly and always tried to help with any questions. I was extremely disappointed to find the garden not available every evening of my stay as a special tapas evening was on all week. This sort of event should not disadvantage the guests who have paid for these facilities. I was also disappointed that use of the wet rooms/pool was a charged service. |

Stylish & relaxing hotel with indoor fountain and shady terrace but only a few minutes walk from the bustling city centre. Walked to Alhambra ( and beyond) without difficulty. Breakfasts rather pricey (14.5 euros) |

The location of the hotel is good and easy to reach everywhere in Granada. The house keeping service is not good and efficiant. Amenity goods are not enough for normal hotel stay. The carpet were dirty. No windows view from the 3rd floor. The restaurant in hotel is not good in service at all. No English menue and you will be not served for long long time ! |

A city centre hotel, but provides a wonderfully calm interior experience. With closed windows we heard no outside noise at all. The outside garden is a beautiful place to sit and relax, in both day and night. The price of spa use was expensive. |

Check-in and car service was fast and efficient. Beds were super-comfortable, and room may have been the most thoughtfully-designed hotel room I've ever stayed in. Great value at 140 euros. Restaurant was over-priced. |

Ideal location in centre of Granada. Excellent staff and quality food. Enjoyed the spa area in the basement. Lovely garden area. Thought the carpet in the room could do with a clean. Service was a bit slow. |

A peaceful hotel but very central for other restaurants and city shopping. A £5 taxi ride to the Alhambra. I would have expected a small bar of soap in the bathroom and some tissues. I don't like washing my hands in shower gel and blowiing my nose on toilet paper! Picky and not grounds for complaint - but at these prices it's a real lack. |
