The friendly personnel, front desk,bell boys and housekeeping staff. the split level room, the steps are deceptive and can be dangerous at night. |

We have stayed at the Villa before and think it is the best of Madrid. We think the staff, facilities, and location are all great. |

I liked the two-level room; quiet area; ability to make the room completely dark; complementary bottle of wine (nice thought but did not consume). The elevators were not always even with the floor, some tripping at first. |

Good location. Attractice hotel. Attentive staff. Facilities inadequate for five star rating. Mattresses painfully hard. Shower head not working well and not fixed in the two days we were there. Room was hot at night and the air conditioner was not working( Opening window took care of this) |

Location was quiet and excellent The lobby was too small relative to other 5star hotels. It feels like a 4star hotel ambience except for the rooms that give you the 5star comfort. |
