The main villa complex, placed in the village of Tías in Lanzarote, is situated on a hillside overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, located 5km from the main beaches of Puerto del Carmen and 7km from the airport.
The Villas San Blas comprises 12 grouped and independent, new villas. Each villa has a fully-furnished terrace and a barbecue - ideal for al fresco dining. Enjoy the sunshine in your private San Blas garden and parking area.
Villas San Blas provides with a catering service for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also, a welcome pack of essential foods and drinks can be bought from reception on arrival.
Each villa has 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin). There are 2 bathrooms with bath and shower, and a fully-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and washing machine.
In addition there is a luxury villa in the same residential development called Barco de Luz, a beautiful, elegant and ultra-modern villa that was designed by an architect as his home. The main living area flows around a central feature of palm trees and volcanic rock. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the 1st floor and the ground floor comprises a fully-equipped kitchen, dining and living area. There is a lovely private garden, patio and swimming pool area, as well as a very beautiful upper floor balcony designed to maximise the lovely sea views.
Tías is 12 Km from the capital of Arrecife, it is a very lively town with a variety of shops and supermarkets as well as grill restaurants and cafes. The more representative monuments from Tias are the church of “Nuestra Señora de la Candelaria” with its cemetery and the chapel of “San Antonio” The Candelaria Church was founded in April 1796, later in 1799 was founded the cemetery which is the oldest in the Island, placed next to the Church. The “San Antonio” chapel was founded in 1959, today turned into an art gallery that gathers great variety of exhibitions. The main celebration of the town of Tias is “La Candelaria”, on the 2nd of February with a variety of activities. The night before there is a big celebration with children who come up to the Church, been welcomed by the musicians and the known “fritura de cochino” (fried meat pork). Tias has other celebrations like “San Pedro” in June, the “Rancho de Pascua and Santa Lucía” this celebration has its origins on the XVII century that was celebrated at the end of November till the end of December.
The municipality of Tías is composed by the following villages: Tías, Puerto del Carmen, Mácher, La Asomada, Tegoyo, Conil and Masdache.
