We only stayed one night at the hotel (which was always the intention)and it certainly filled the requirements we needed. Well equiped though it would be unfair to comment further as we did not really get a proper feel for it due to the short stay. Did not understand about washing up not included I presume this is to avoid the maids being faced with sink fulls of dishes, though no information on how this may be charged. We only used 2 glasses and left them clean but wonder if this would have been taken from the deposit left. Not really a dislike but worth mentioning. |

The appartment balcony was excellent. It felt very private because the stepped design meant we weren't sitting side by side with people next door. We had a wonderful sea view and plenty of space. |

self catering with orange juice squeezer, balcony. good size flat.excellent lay-out. hot water in the shower was limited to about 5 min.so only one quick shower possible.not enough water for 2 people to use consecutively. |

Muy buen precio,y en una buena zona rodeado de otros hoteles,pero con tranquilidad. No me ha gustado que la tv era con monedas,y aunque decia que los canales españoles eran gratis,no se veian bien. Quiza era un problema de la antena. Tambien resulta un poco lioso el encontrar tu habitacion las dos o tres primeras veces,pero no importa mucho. |

Hotel przeznaczony dla rodzin z dziecmi. Niewatpliwa zaleta sa trzy baseny na terenie hotelu, mila obsluga, w miare czyste pokoje, blisko do sklepow. Natomiast trzeba zaznaczyc ze sa to sklepy nastawione na turystow i zakupy w nich pozostawialy pewien niedosyt, kipskie zaopatrzenie nastawione na turyste z wysp. Pozatym hotel jest cichy i spokojny, prznajmniej w okresie wiosennym Do minusow trzeba zaliczyc zupelnie bezsensowne oplaty za korzystanie z sejfu, ktory znajduje sie w pokoju oraz telewizji ktora i tak zle odbiera. woda ciepla jest w niewystarczajacej ilosci jak dla rodziny poniewaz terma jest zbyt mala i wystarcza jedynie dla dwoch osob pod warunkiem ze biora prysznic. o polezeniu w wannie trzeba zapomniec. |

Mooie ondergaande zon. Lekker terras. Goed bed. Het totaal maakt een wat aftandse indruk. Deurtjes van kasten die niet sluiten, vuil in de hoeken. Minimale uitrusting. Stug personeel. Kijk, we waren veel op pad en hadden er dus niet veel last van, maar een renovatie (ook van het personeel, als dat zou kunnen) zou op zijn plaats zijn. Matig allemaal, zeer matig. |

Bussavganger senere på kvelden ( feks inntil kl 24 el senere) fra Las Americas- området. Ellers lite å kommentere.Busses later on the evening- feks until 24 0r to 2 on night. |

Bywałam w wielu hotelach w różnych zakątkach świata, wybrałam ten hotel ze względu na cene 280E za tydzien na 3os, i musze powiedzieć że bardzo miło sie wszyscy rozczarowaliśmy oczekując czegoś znacznie gorszego. Położenie hotelu najlepsze ze wszytskich hoteli w tej miejscowości. Piękne widoki zarówno z pokoju (ocean lub góry) jak i z basenów (ocean). Jeżeli ktoś napisał złą opinię na temat tego hotelu proszę ją lekceważyć (widocznie ta osoba potrzebuje pościeli z atłasu i złotych kranów i była takim flejtuchem że sprzątaczki nie nadążały sprzątać) |

C'est grand et confortable. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. C'était calme. Les piscines très chouettes. Les lits pas très confortables. Le fait de devoir tout payer en plus comme le safe ou encore 1 euro par heure pour regarder la télé !! un peu abusé . . . |

Prima. Schoonmaak was perfect (om de dag) en ook ontvingen we dan schone handdoeken. App. waren ruim en de keuken zeer compleet. Zwembaden waren prima maar hadden heel koud water. Het dorp stelt niet zoveel voor, dus een auto is noodzakelijk. Ook omdat er geen er geen strand in de buurt is. Op 5 minuten lopen een zeer uitgebreide supermarkt die al om 7 uur in de ochtend verse broodjes heeft. |

De oven functioneerde niet. Na een telefoontje kwam de technische man voor een eerste diagnose. Vervolgens is de dag daarna de oven goed gerepareerd. Uit de info van het hotel begrepen wij dat er géén parkeergelegenheid bij het hotel was. Bij aankomst bleek deze informatie naar ons idee niet juist. Er was in de buurt van het hotel veel GOEDE parkeergelegenheid. In eerste instantie huurden wij geen auto op basis van de eerste informatie, maar bij het zien van zo veel parkeergelegenheid deden wij dit alsnog. |

Vriendelijkheid personeel, verzorgd en groot appartement met zeezicht en mooi/ruim zonnig terras, leuke restaurantjes en supermarkten op wandelafstand (sommige open tot middernacht), lekker en goedkoop restaurant bij het hotel + handige snackbar bij het zwembad, bushalte vlak voor het hotel. |
