everything was near my place you can just walk for shopping - restaurants - supermarkets- metro - taxi yes there was leaking of water from the roof of the bathroom! breakfast wasn't that good either |

Very central to shopping area. Big rooms and bathroom No table in room to work from. Room was next to a small building site which was a little noisy during the day to work. |

i like the central location of the hotel no need for a taxi for your stay there, its very comfortable room, clean, and very modern and up to date with the times.. better snacks in the minibar |

The decoration of hotel, the location of hotel small room, bad smell ,closets door broken. few No of staff to help in the bags. No coffe machine in rooms. Breakfast not include in price! |

The hotel is verry well situated in the heart of Madrid nearby the public transport (Metro). I was verry satisfied with my room. I really can recommend this hotel. |

The room was very nice and clean. Front desk very nice. Outstanding location, very close to everything. Horrible buffet. Not enough variety. Can get great breakfast outside of the hotel for half the price. Very fancy rooms, but most of the door wouldn't close (bathroom,closets) |

The staff were really helpful and friendly, and they were able to give us a room to our specifications--double bed in a room with really nice views. We stayed on the eighth floor, and our room had a large terrace with wonderful views of Madrid and Gran Via. The staff were also gave us a lot of useful advice on local bars and restaurants. Our room was a little small, and the shower doors were not entirely successful in keeping the watter from spilling all over the floor. |

It location at the Center of Madrid , walking distance to all major places like eateries ,subway , shopping .Free internet . can smell cigarettes smoke coming from another room , our family requested for a non smoking room . |

The rooms are modern, clean and very comfortable which suits my preferences. Noise from the street/outside was non-existant. Hotel staff were very helpful. Proximity to sites was excellent - mostly within walking distance. Internal noise was quite audible from inside the room - however we had a room next to the housekeeping store, so I presume this would not be a problem for 90% of the rooms. Also, I found the modern design sometimes impeded the actual function of some of the room features (light switches in particular seemed overly complicated) |

I thought the staff were very friendly and helpful. Was an ideal loaction was very central to everything. I found the smell of the water was bad the shower, etc. I found this very off putting. |

Not much. This is the only hotel on our entire 5 week trip that took prepayment. Our flight was cancelled in new york due to engine problems we missed a night in this hotel but they would not negotiate any refund - very very poor. The room we were given was noisy and very run down. Not not not impressed with either the service or desire to assist us in any form. |

The location was perfect, 5 minute walk from the main area. Lots of bars / restaurants / shops nearby. No air conditioning in the room. The shower door wasn't water tight which resulted in a pool of water on the bathroom floor after showers! There was a charge for the use of the facilities!! |

The location is perfect, in the centre of Madrid and just next to a subway station. The staff was very helpfull and very friendly. The room was nice and clean. I think it was a good value fo the money. |
