Goede service, mooi nieuw hotel, goede verdeling verblijven zodat ondanks drukte het niet druk overkwam op de gasten.

Jammer dat zo'n klantvriendelijk hotel enorme hoge tarieven voor internet vragen.

Rust + prima ligging t.o.v strand

The location is perfect in the middle of Costa del Sol and you can also start for a visit of the region because the main cities are not very far (Siviglia, Cordoba and Grananda are nearly at 200km)

The reception desk is small and not very confortable. Some people of the staff is not skilled for a 5 stars hotel : 1) At the arrival no room available until 3pm ; 2) Unfair reply to simple question

The hotel is a beautiful modern five stars hotel sited in a great location just 8km from Marbella's center. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet is rich and generous. Would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

The hotel's cleanliness is definitely not up to the five stars standard. We stayed three days and nights at the hotel and our sheets were never changed! The bathroom was cleaned on a daily basis but not the room! We would get back to the hotel in the afternoon and the room would still be like we left it in the morning.

Very quiet, luxurious, very clean and friendly.

There was one thing that really annoyed me, and that was, the pool management was quite poor. There was people using the beds beside the pool to keep their things on e.g- there was one family who were using one bed for themselves and another to put their things on.

Room Service food was very poor quality for a 5* hotel

The hotel is new, clean and very nice. The waiters i nthe restaurant are well tarined and very friendly with all hotel guests.

It seems to that this hotel does not have enough people at the reception, I was in the line a counple of times and saw other guest waiting to speak to staff with their requests and questions.

The insonorisation of the room was not very good; not what you would expect from a 5* hotel.

The Hotel has been well designed and built to a high standard.Rooms are large and bathrooms are well designed with high quality fittings.The gardens/pools are very impressive.Staff are polite and helpful when needed. Everything is good about the hotel, however there are things that will need to improve to make it an international 5 star property. eg.

I visted the hotel with my wife and 7 year old daughter.We like to use the swimming pools however due to the lack of heating this was difficult due to the cold temperature of the water.In danger of repeating myself you would expect heated swimming pools from a genuine 5 star property.

Excellent hotel to relax. Amazing beds by the pool, great rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast, private spa, beautiful architecture and deco, nice surrounding area to walk...

There are a few things that can be improved, like the menu of the restaurant, or having wi-fi and movies on demand. Nevertheless, if you're looking for a place to relax, this is it.
