the friendly staff, 5 minute walk to the beach, comfortable clean lovely room. good air conditioning in room, excellent elevator service, someone always to let you in at the early hours of the morning, excellent breakfast. i would like a bath, and the shower was not hot all the time. |

very clean design rooms, nice roof top terrace (although quite windy), great view over barcelona The neighourhood does not feel very safe late at night. During the day no problems. |

i like just a komfortable bed....... no possibile to pay for TV-this is nonsens....i gave to put on charge my fotokamera-they didn"t,and the staff forget to book the taxi to go to the aeroport,so i almost missed my plain,exuse me - never ever il come back to this hotel...... |

Roof-top swimming pool, even though we swam only once This is not a convenient hotel for tourists as one must rely on public transit to get to the primary tourist areas centred on Placa de Catalunya. The instructions on how to get to the hotel from the airport should be clearer about switching from the R10 to Line 4 - we ended up on the street at Passeig de Gracia and took a taxi the rest of the way. |

The hotel is in an industrial area thatbhas a squatt next door. The area is noisy with squatters and frightening at night. The area is not appropriate for tourists and should not be advertised as such. I was very disappointed that the descriptions given in the location had no relation to the reality The hotel itself looked good but had nowhere comfortable to sit and relax, often did not have bar staff available. |

Very close from the metro, easy to access from downtown, top hotel staff, top services and facilites very close to an open air night club, kind of noisy all the night until 9:00am on saturday nights |

The hotel was excellent. It was very modern and tastefully decorated. I would definately stay here again It was quite far from the main area and we had to take taxis in and out. |

Quiet, clean the breakfast is not excellent as should be. No Arabic channels on the TV. No enough power adapters available, I have to wait 2 days to get one. |
