Sehr ruhig in der Fussgängerzone gelegen. Idealer Ausgangsort um die Stadt zu Fuss zu erkunden. Zudem nahe an Metro-Station. |

Sehr zentrale Lage, freundliches Personal Ich habe 10 Zimmer gebucht, leider bekamen wir nur Zimmer in den Innenhof. Dort hat es einen lauten Ventilator.Man kann deshalb das Fenster nachts nicht öffnen. Einige der Teilnehmer meiner Reisegruppe haben sich deshalb bei mir beschwert. |

sehr nette Hotelmitarbeiter, super Lage, kleine Probleme wurden schnell behoben man musste das eine oder andere Mal nach Toilettenartikeln wie Toilettenpapier oder Seife fragen (hier wurde etwas von den Sauberketskräften gespart) |

Das sehr freundliche Personal und der gute Service. Leider war es in der 1. Nacht (09.10.2008) sehr laut - trotz Fußgängerzone. Scheinbar waren irgendwelche Arbeiten im Gange. |

In a quiet side street but still in a very central location. Easy access to city centre and metro. Very helpful and friendly staff and child friendly. A standard room was of fairly generous size and big enough for us and our two year old daughter. A good quality travel cot (and mattress) was provided. Internet access a bit expensive |

The central location close to all travel links, shopping, bars, restaurants and historic Valencia was perfect. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and breakfast was great. The room was very spacious too with aircon that worked well!! |

Close to shopping, parks and main sites. Reception staff were friendly and some had good english which was essential as I have no spanish. They were helpful in queries I had about getting to local attraction sites. I selected this hotel as a result of the very good customer reviews on trip advisor... I booked on the internet and it was necessary to pay in advance to secure the price I was getting with no refund given on sudden cancellations due to family emergency medical situations. This is unfortunate. Would be best if hotel could offer a voucher for another visit in cases of sudden medical emergencies which forces your customer to cancel their planned stay... |

The location is 2 minutes from the train station and close to the main shopping street, Calle Colon. The beds were very hard and the room, somewhat cramped. |

Good location. Close to the train station so you don't have to lug your bags around. Our first room had a funky smell. The staff was very helpful and changed our room right away when we asked, but it made me feel like the place wasn't very clean. |

Great location! On doorstep of all sights, restaurants and cafes/bars. Ask for a room at the front of the hotel, otherwise you could be overlooking a brick wall |

the room was vey clean and very comfortable. the decor was also very nice. the staff at check in were excellent we had arrived early at 1.00 pm and although normal check in is 4.00 pm we were given our room upon arrival which was gratefully accepted. a very pleasant stay. |
