Especially I enjoyed the friendly staff, who complied with my wishes. The rooms were comfortable, the rooms on the backside quiet. |

We liked the modern decor. It was difficult to find. The name "Sercotel" was not on the building. Instead it posted "El Boulevard" at the top of the building. Our electronic navigator (TomTom) did not recognize an address number of "3" for this street. It was dark and rainy with street construction as a distractor. I recommend making the name on the website consistent with the name on the building and posting a sign at street level. |

Junior suite was perfect. Hotel restaurant/cafe was open at 8 pm (instead of the usual 9 pm in Spain, which for travellers moving on the next day is a bit too late), |

very friendly staff; easy connection by nearby bus to city centre; shopping mall, super market and petrol station at walking distance. breakfast too limited; restaurant is more a cafetaria than a restaurant; a 4 star hotel should come with a proper restaurant. |

nothing impossible to work in the standard rooms, no desk where to put a Laptop. no fitness room. my room was on the boulevard, noisy at night. food very disappointing. I booked for two nights, checked out after one and moved to Hotel Lakua just 2km away. Much better if you don't need to be very close to the city center. |

Me encato que tuviera microondas, y que la habitación estuviera separada del salon y no todo junto, que tuviera dos tv. La alcachofa de la ducha estaba mal, no se podia regular bien y el agua no se conseguia regular, cuando ponia caliente salia muy muy caliente pero cuando intentaba darle un poco mas fria salia congelada. En ese aspecto no me gusto nada. |

El diseño del hall y de las habitaciones muy bien. La habitación dispone de salita y cocina de aspecto lujoso y la cama es muy cómoda. Cuando llegas a la habitación, está un poco fría, pero enseguida se calienta con el aire climatizado. El baño tiene una especie de cristalera por la que te pueden ver desde la calle, con lo que te quita intimidad. El restaurante que hay abajo es de comida rápida y no muy variada. |

Het personeel sprak engels, wat uitzonderlijk is in Spanje! Perfecte kamer en badkamer. Ondanks de aanwezigheid van twee grote groepen en de drukte, heeft het personeel ons zeer bereidwillig geholpen. Reiniging van de kamer was niet ok! Overal lagen nog haren op de vloer. |

Lo mejor el diseño de las habitaciones, silencio y trato. Está a unos 20 minutos andando de la catedral, y se puede aparcar en los alrededores. |

Confort et design après une journée d'excursion;kichenette et ustensiles prétés ont permis de préparer nos pique-niques et de prendre nos petits- déjeuners tranquilles.nous avons apprécié le centre commercial juste à coté et la possibilité de prendre des vélos gratuitement pour rejoindre le centre ville et les parcs.J'ajouterai que le personnel est très gentil et serviable spécialement une petite jeune fille qui parlait français et nous a bien renseignés sur les possibilités d'excursion.Vitoria est une ville ou il fait bon vivre! Il se situe un peu trop à la limite de la zone industrielle mais c'est compensé par ce que j'ai cité ci-dessus |

Grandes chambres triples équipées de kitchenette très pratique (ustensiles à disposition gratuitement à l'acceuil), coin salon.2 ecrans plasma. Wifi gratuit. Proximité du centre commercial Boulevard accessible à pied. Pas très loin de l'autoroute Madrid - San Sébastien pour passer une nuit avant de reprendre la route. |

Nog nieuw, schoon (hoewel de kauwgom al in de vloerbedekking in de gangen gelopen was). Voor ons, toeristen, iets te ver uit de stad. Keukentje op appartement nog niet in werking. |

Para nosotros que viajamos con un niño de 3 años perfecto, cogimos la suite junior, y al disponer de dos espacios distintos fue muy comodo, ya que el niño durmio en un lado y los papas en el otro. Al disponer de cocina puedes preparate el desayuno, etc..... |
