Excellent hotel only does Pizza's or Chinese takeaways in the evening however you can get them at the time you want.The bar supplies the other refreshment. |

Every thing but most of all that while talking to one of the staff I just mentioned that the only thing I have against travel and staying over night in hotels is that I have 5 olives with my breakfast when at home and have done for years. Next morning I was handed a small bowl with olives in when I came in for breakfast. |

Very clean and modern. Staff were very welcoming, helped with directions, maps etc and ordered a Take Away Pizza for us. Only food other than breakfast in the hotel is from a vending machine. Went into town but difficult to park and on a Sunday most places not serving food till after 9pm - prior to that only tapas available. Returned to hotel and receptionist ordered Take Away Pizza. |

We arrived later than anticipated, but welcomed by helpful staff that suggested a meal could be ordered and delivered to our room - great for kids (Pizza!) The hotel is pretty new and was immaculate. Good sized room. Tea and coffee making in the room. All staff we encountered spoke English. Breakfast was good. We were in a family room. Bed settee was very uncomfortable, especially after a long drive. In this day and age with WiFi hotspots I was disappointed that there was a charge for internet connection. It should be free, given all the otherways the hotel makes it's money (such as the bar.) |

Pretty easy to find and no problems with car parking. Like most Holiday Inn Express it is spotlessly clean and everything works, including the TV. This appears to be a brand new hotel but even so the cleanliness is remarkable. We stayed at the weekend when there were several families. I imagine during the week it will be mainly business. The hotel is on a new industrial estate about 5km out of Vitoria. The hotel offers some quick food (pizza etc) otherwise you have to go into town to eat or to find a bar, hotel provide a map. There is no hot food for breakfast apart from toast, though there is a microwave if you want to heat your own. |

Great if you consider price/quality factors. Good breakfast. Be aware that the hotel is couple kms from the city. There are no shops and restaurants around so you need a car. |

We were crossing Spain by our own car and consider this hotel a good choice for transit travelers for one night stay. The staff is friendly. Good breakfast. Good value for money. Hotel is new and clean. It seems that there is no public transport providing easy access to the hotel but for car travelers it is no problem |

New hotel, calm area, good price/quality ratio. Excellent for resting during a road trip. Good breakfast. It may be difficult to find if one does not have a detailed map or a gps. It is in a business district that can easily become a maze if one gets lost. It is away from the city. |

It is a new hotel, so everything was in excellent condition and the staff are very helpful and friendly. We used it as a stopover on our way to Portugal and we shall be using it again in the future. No ones fault but the fire alarm went off at 5.20 in the morning and we all had to vacate our rooms, - hey at least we got an early start that day ! |
