The reception staff were fantastic, capable and very helpful. Also, the location is ideal for this lovely town. Just the beds, each time we sat on them they made squeaky noises that really irritated us. |

personal muy amable. la habitacion estupenda. lo mejor, la cama. Sabanas muy suaves, muy limpias y colchon comodísimo! se oia un poco la discoteca aun estando en el 5to piso. |

Las habitaciones están muy bien, limpias, espaciosas, y con una decoración moderna y muy cuidada. La TV tenía muchos canales internacionales y hay un minibar a tu disposición con bebida y picoteo. El baño muy limpio y cuidado, y la ubicación inmejorable. Hay una discoteca muy conocida debajo del hotel pero no se oye ni una pizca de ruido. |

Su ubicacion frente a un esplendido parque.Vistas fabulosas desde los pisos altos .Posiblemente la mejor perspectiva de Vitoria, y de las montañas que la rodean.Excelente relacion calidad precio. la entrada deberia de mejorarse ,igualmente los accesos al garaje. |

La situación está muy céntrico y tiene unas vistas preciosas al parque de la Florida y a la Catedral Si, el Parking es muy caro 16 € por noche + 7% de IVA |

Relación calidad/precio y su ubicación (a 8 minutos caminando desde el Ayuntamiento, y delante del parque de la Florida). Que la TV no funcione si el mando a distancia se queda sin pilas. |

Su ubicación y las vistas desde la habitación. También es tranquilo. La reserva era del 31 de diciembre al 1 de enero y nos dejaron hacer el check-out más tarde sin poner pegas dada la fecha. Las ventanas estaban sucias por dentro y dadas las vistas es lo primero en que te fijas en la habitación. |

la ubicación lo mejor sin duda, el trato del personal también excepcional. La insonorización era escasa, desde mi habitación se oían las pisadas del piso superior. Precio del parking un poco caro. Material de aseo que proporciona el hotel escaso, sólo gel y champú. |

La habitación era grande y bien equipada. Cuarto de baño grande, con buena bañera. Bien ubicado, a cinco minutos del centro tras atravesar un parque. Buena relación calidad/precio. Es cierto lo que ponían en otros comentarios: se echa de menos mas surtido en los accesorios (maquinilla afeitar, cepillo de dientes, ...) del baño. |
