Nice room, helpful staff (even spoke some english!), there's a car park too. It is definitely too far to walk to Vitoria, tried to rent bikes they had, but the staff didnt know how to deal with that, so we had to drive to vitoria. |

Easy to get to from the motorway, we used the hotel as it was convenient for Bilbao car ferry. It was clean. The hotel was very unusual as it was originally a stable and pig stye.16th century. Very well converted with lots of character but depressing if stayed too long. |

The hotel has masses of character and is finished to a high standard. Ample and secure parking. Very helpful staff. Adequate breakfast and the one dinner we had was excellent. The distance from Vitoria meant it was neccessary to take the car. |

beautifully restored 16th century house. Elegant and the attention to detail was fabulous. friendly professionaly family run hotel, and the meal in the evening was exceptionally good value. Quiet location which for the road weary is very acceptable. the address was difficult to find, as the sat nav did not recognise the road given on the booking. There could have been a better, more comprehensive breakfast. We had to ask for more milk and bread as when we came to the dining area, it was devoid if these things, although the receptionist was happy to fill the empty spaces |

Great value for money and excellant secure parking for motorbikes. Has changed since last visit eight years ago. A la Carte restaurant only open Friday and Saturday evenings, although the guest menu of the day was ok. |

Del hotel en principio me gustó todo , pero no lo pude utilizar así que como si no me gustara .El restaurante bien, muy cocina de expresión pero buena No me gustó que tenía una habitación reservada para el jardín , pero como hubo no una sino dos bodas (1 por la tarde y otra por la noche)nos cambiaron de habitación creo que con buen criterio ya que el lunch y las copas se servían en el jardín . Total que terminamos en una habitacíón pequeña y agobiante en el primer piso que solo veiamos parte de un tejado y la maquina del aire acondicionado que además de hacer ruido olía a comida . Creo que si se dedican a bodas los sabados no deberían vender lo del precioso jardín , ni la tranquilidad ni nada , que pongan ocupado y quedarán mejor . |
