good laidback atmosphere. friendly helpful staff. clean comfortable rooms. car parking is absolutely atrocious. breakfast buffet is good but otherwise the food offer is repetitive and sometimes overpriced- the same item being served in different outlets at different prices. There is no casual social environment on offer in the evenings. The lobby bar could be good for this but the space is wasted- it is lacking in appeal and energy. rooms need kettles! |

We just wanted a beach hotel stop off during our tour of Andalucia. This hotel fitted the description, the room was good and the staff were helpful. The car parking was incredibly tight, I went down one dead end and had great difficulty getting out. The food was OK but pricey for what you got and there was a long que for breakfast. The beach facilities (umbrella, etc.) were not included in the price either, which we thought was a bit much considering the price. |

The atmosphere at the hotel was very relaxed, beach was close, outdoor pool excellent, table tennis, tennis and paddle tennis facilities all good. Breakfast was excellent. Childrens play area needs improvement |

Personal muy atento, cordiales, familiar. Me solucionaron todos los problemas y nos hicieron una cordial estancia. Como ibamos dos familias, no dieron habitaciones comunicadas que resulto ser muy util. El hotel esta en 1ªlinea con instalaciones muy buenas En horas puntas hay cola para el buffet, aunque lo organizan bien pero hay que esperar. La limpieza es correcta pero no exaustiva. Para ir a cualquier sitio hay que cojer coche. |

Nos ha proporcionado la tranquilidad y reposo que buscábamos. El conjunto de las instalaciones (jardines, playa, etc.) ha contribuido a conseguir lo que queriamos. El sistema de conexión a Internet, no es el apropiado para un hotel de su categoría. Los empleados de la piscina son demasiado escandalosos y alteran la tranquilidad y reposo. |

Hotel situado en primera linea de una magnifica playa con un entorno natural envidiable, comodo y funcional pero mejorable, sobre todo en pequeños detalles. Esperaba algo mas de un hotel Melia de 4 estrellas. Hotel con muchos años y un mantenimiento insuficiente para mantener el prestigio y la reputacion que se supone de la firma Melia. El aparcamiento muy dificil y eso que era finales de septiembre no me imagino en temporada alta. |

Personale gentile. Struttura molto bella ed accogliente con tantissimi servizi, molti dei quali gratuiti. Buffet della colazione estremamente ricco. L'albergo viene indicato a Zahara de los Atunes mentre in realtà si trova in un quartiere residenziale a circa 4 km dalla cittadina dove non c'è nulla salvo case e villette di turisti (da settembre in là pressochè disabitate). Chi non ha mezzi propri deve rimanere dentro l'albergo tutto il tempo del soggiorno. |

Me gustó que quede cerca de la playa y la piscina que es de buen tamaño. Ideal para un fin de semana de relax. Pedí una habitación de no fumadores y nos dieron una que olía a tabaco. |

Ubicación muy cerca de la playa. Cocina. Olor a tabaco en la habitación y habíamos especificado que no eramos fumadores (a unos amigos nuestros le ocurrió lo mismo). Mala relación calidad precio (abusan de que hay poco competencia en esa zona). Spa de pequeño tamaño. |

Buffet (my advice: take half-board), room spacy, well equipped and tidy; nice building; noone pushes you to consume Most of the personnel speaks only spanish (though very friendly), do not go there without a car, wind- and kitesurfing forbidden around the hotel in summer (nearest is Tarifa) |
