The people were very genuine and friendly. They really wanted me to enjoy the stay. They helped me with using the hotel computer. They replenished the drinks and toileties free of charge in the room. I would have liked a little kettle and tea/ coffee making facility in my room. |

Cleanliness, fairly friendly staff. Air conditioning in the room not working, forgot to bring it to their attention. Plenty of noise from the street late at night. |

Reasonably comfortable hotel with its own garage on the edge of the historic part of Zamora. Easy to reach by car. Hotel fronts on a pedestrian-only street making it fairly quiet. Absence of a restaurant was a bit of a surprise. Breakfast service only. |

Det var tredje gången jag bodde på det här hotellet (alltså kände jag till det, innan det fanns på booking.com) och jag blev lika nöjd som tidigare. Det har ett mycket centralt läge, servicen är utmärkt och rummen bekväma. |
