Good clean modern hotel. Luckily we were able to park in the street right outside the hotel. Situated in a nice reidential area with plenty of restaurant choice. Great commercial shopping centre right next door! Very good breakfast inclusive in price. |

la colazione era molto ricca e abbondante gli interni della stanza presentavano alcune imperfezioni che da un hotel a 4 stelle non ci si aspetterebbe, come mobili con spigoli scalfiti, ma tutto è ordinato e pulito. |

La ubicación, limpieza Al volver al hotel el sábado nos tuvieron esperando a mi y a otras 3 parejas en la calle de madrugada durante al menos 30 mins porque no había nadie en recepción, (estaba dormida por la cara que tenía cuando se nos ocurrió empezar a llamar al timbre del parking como locos). No tuve cartel de no molestar y los dos días entró el personal de limpieza por la mañana, sobre las 10 mientras yo estaba en la habitación, lo cual es muy molesto. |

Es nuevo, moderno, amplio y funcional. No como otros de 4 estrellas que parecen del siglo pasado en cuanto a equipamiento y aspecto de las habitaciones. El baño muy bonito, sobre todo la bañera que era enorme, como la cama. Perfecto para parejitas jóvenes en busca de intimidad. |

He tenido una habitación espaciosa aunque colchones y pintura pared necesitan hacerse ya. El tiempo de espera en el hall se hizo agradable. Los colchones en mal estado, pintura de la pared necesaria en habitaciones y pasillo, toallas bastante ásperas y delgadas, no hay Internet en las habitaciones. |

Por conveniencia de ubicación me encaja este hotel y supongo continuaré alojándome en él. Soy ciente habitual pero su servicio de instalaciones es precario. Precariedad en las instalaciones y mantenimiento. Manchas, pintadas y roces negros en moqueta pasillo y habitaciones, colchones en mal estado (curvados y con muelles como sueltos). Faltan tapones del lavabo en algunas habitaciones y tras cambiarme de una por el colchón malo, tuve que ir a otra por caer agua del techo y foco por el aire acondicionado. No hay wifi en habitaciones y aunque dan un cable, la clavija está en la mesita de noche, superficie pequeña e incómoda para colocar el portátil. Lo normal es tener la clavija en mesa de escritorio y más, que un hotel hoy en día disponga de wifi. 6ª planta sin aire acondicionado en pasillo, agobiante con el calor de Zaragoza. Urgen reparaciones para una estancia agradable. |
