Good central location, ample parking in the hotel although a bit expensive at 19.95 per day. Good value for the money, mind you I'd rate it a 4 star business hotel not 5. |

La ubicación Sus instalaciones, anticuadas, no creo que no se corresponden a un hotel de 5 estrellas. Calor horrible por la noche, sin posibilidad de bajar la temperatura. Por otra parte pedimos una cama grande y factura, y ninguna de las dos cosas estuvo preparada de antemano. |

las instalaciones, la ubicación y tambien el trato del personal, muy limpia la habitación y muy confortable la hora de entrada a la habitación, no pudimos disponer de nuestra habitación hasta las 17 horas ya que el hotel estaba saturado, yo creo que un hotel de 5 * tiene que tener previsto que en las fiestas del pilar lo normal es que el hotel este lleno, pero los clientes no tenemos la culpa y mucho menos despues de lo que se paga por la habitación, seria conveniente mejorar dicho servicio. Muchas gracias |

Su situación, céntrica pero tranquila y su precio muy ajustado para un hotel de 5 estrellas, sobre todo considerando que lo hemos visitado durante las fiestas de la ciudad. La estética es un poco antigua pero no hemos echado nada en falta. Sí podrían mejorar la regulación del agua en el cuarto de baño añadiendo monomandos, pero sólo ha sido una pequeña pega. |

Lo mejor la tranquilidad que se respiraba, el hotel estaba lleno y dentro de la habitación no se oía un ruido. La cama genial, muy grande y cómoda, y la hubicación también bastante buena, a diez minutos de la zona centro. El parking algo estrecho y caro, si se es poco habil con el coche hay que tener muuucho cuidado con las columnas. |
