A buffet breakfast was included in the rate and the price was very reasonable. There was ample parking and the hotel was easy to get to from major roads. Staff were pleasant. We had to queue in line for breakfast, as the hotel was very busy. It was much better the second day. We requested a non-smoking room but smoking was allowed on the floor and the room and linen smelt of smoke. |

The location of the hotel was not great, industry. It was far from the town and did not want to use our car so caught a taxi which was very expensive. It would have been good if staff were friendly. We thought it was not worth the money we paid for the room. We did not have a kettle in the room so asked for one. We did get one but the water poured out all over. |

During our trip motoring across Portugal, Spain and France, this was the best value hotel we stayed at.Most hotels only cater for a maximum of 3 guests per room, and as we were travelling with 2 adults and 2 children, we often had to book 2 rooms. The fact that our room had en-suite facilities and air conditioning, and that the hotel had an ice machine meant we were able to cool down (temperatures were in the mid thirties), refresh ourselves and relax. The sofa bed that our children slept on was not in the best of condition, and did not provide the best back support, but was OK for one night. |

Convenience to main thoroughfares - clean and presentable rooms - helpfulness of staff. Would have been useful to have had brasserie/cafe type restaurant available 24 hours. Road works outside and difficulty finding it - maps not listing the one way systems. Would have liked option of fridge in room. Coffee used not to english tastes. Would of liked list of possible places to eat nearby. |

Very cheap and good hotel. Friendly and helpfull staff. The hotel is out of the city centre, but it takes only a 15' to 20' minutes drive on bus n°35 to reach Del Pilar square. Our room was very small but also clean and tidy. Breakfast is very good but not much variation and it's not an atrractive, cosy place to eat your breakfast. |
