its central location staff at reception on every occasion were more interested in having a chat with each other than dealing with you, even when trying to check out the three staff did not acknowledge i was there for over 5 minutes while they finished there chat. |

Nice homely rooms with excellent extra touches such as slippers and dishwashing materials. Close to a good supermarket. Good basic kitchen. Very effective air conditioning. Good locations for main points of interest. Good parking. |

We had a big appartement with 2 bedrooms and it is nice to have a seperate livingroom. we received the most quiet room, but still you could hear some streetnoice. Not too bad and I quess that is what you get in the centre of the city |

Staff were very helpful. The restaurant food was very good. The apartment was spacious, clean and pleasant. The gym was very old and dated. The cardiovascular equipment was in poor condition and the treadmill was very dangerous. I complained twice to reception. |

The hotel is ideally situated for exploring the city on foot and it is easy to find when arriving from the airport by bus (bus stop only a few hundred metres away). The room was very clean and was actually a small apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, washing machine, ...)and a cosy living room. in spite of shutters, you could still hear some traffic noise from the street at night . The bed might be a bit short for taller people |

Good location. Comfortable and spacious apartment. Open Kitchen (in living room): Washing machine, dish washer, oven and microwave. Bathroom: with Jacuzzi. Bedroom: Double bed and flat screened tv and wardrobe. Living room: Comfortable sofa, tv, dining table with 4 chairs and bookcase. Free wifi. Not a big problem, but could hear the noise of the jacuzzis from adjoining rooms. |

su ubicación..están situados en plano centro de Zaragoza, pudiendo acceder a todos los sitios de interés caminando. estaba todo correcto..lo único que mejoraría es que pedimos un aprtamento para cuatro ocn dos cuartos de baño, y uno de ellos era muy pequeño, pero en perfecto estado de limpieza eso si. |

Son unos aparmentos muy bien equipados, bien situados y muy limpios. Quizás lo único que no me ha gustado hayan sido los platos, cafetera y alguna cosilla más, que eran un poco viejos. |

Appartamenti molto spaziosi, ottimamente accessoriati, graziosa area wellness-relax anche se un pò piccola. Pulito, staff cordiale, buona posizione sia per shopping che per visita città in quanto praticamente centrale. le stanze non sono isonorizzate; si sentono i rumori dalle stanze adiacenti, dal corridoio e addiruttura dell'ascensore |

Buena ubicación, amplitud y comodidad del apartamento. Un olor desagradable en los cuartos de baño, a pesar de que el servicio de limpieza era bueno. Las llamadas a primera hora de la mañana publicitando productos de adsl etc, además de las que se efectuaron aunque pusiésemos el cartel de no molestar en la puerta (ya se sobreentiende que cuando se pone ese cartel no se espera que aseen el cuarto). |

Nous avons eu la surprise de séjourner en surclassement dans un bel appartement deux chambres , cuisine super équipée (lave vaisselle , lave linge,four classique et four micro onde) bain à jets de massage.La piscine et la salle de fitnes furent appréciées en fin de journée après les visites sous le soleil.A noter également la facilité d'accès à l'aéroport par un bus à 300m de l'hôtel et l'excellente situation dans une artère principale de la ville , à proximité immédiate du centre historique. Beaucoup de bruit en rue la nuit , Saragosse est une ville estudiantine et les fêtes ne manquent pas. Une meilleure isolation phonique (vitrage isolant) ne serait pas superflue. |

Esta muy bien ubicado y el apartotel es muy cómodo , y los precios están en una buena relación calidad/precio. Si tienes un gimnasio , has de mantener las màquinas , no puede ser que un apartotel de su categoria tenga màquinas rotas....y si la entrada es a partir de las 15 h , tampoco puede ser que si llegas a las 16.00 h , no tengas el apartotel preparado hasta las 17.30 h. |

Hotelli ja huoneemme oli erittäin siisti ja pidettiin siistinä koko vierailumme ajan. Huoneeseemme kuului pyykinpesu ja astianpesukone, sekä ajanmukaiset + hyväkuntoiset ruuanlaittovälineet. Huoneemme oli myös rauhallinen. Alhaalla oli kuntosali ja pieni uima-allas, joissa saattoi urheilla ja vilvoitella. Uima-altaalle paistoi onneksi muutaman tunnin ajan aurinko, jotta siellä saattoi myös palvoa aurinkoa. Kävimme yhtenä aamuna aamiaisella hotellissa ja se oli mielestämme aivan liian ylihinnoiteltu ja jokseenkin epäselkeästi järjestetty. Esim. oli epäselvää mitä kaikkea buffet-aamiaiseen kuuluu, kahvia ei saanut itse annostella ja leivänpäällisiä oli erittäin huonosti tarjolla - mm. juustot olivat todella huonon näköisiä, käpristyneitä ja todella kauan lämpimässä seisoneen oloisia. |

El restaurante situado en la terraza con vistas espectaculares de la ciudad y tambien la calidad de la restauracion. La piscina no cumplio las espectativas que teniamos ya que a las 17 h ya no daba el sol y solo habian 2 tumbonas. |
