The hotel is very well placed for visiting Zaragoza on foot and is a large but not impersonal hotel. It offers facilities that we did not use during our short stay. |

The hotel is a truly 5* one. Staff were very kind Some noise during the night seemingly originated in the foundations of the building. |

The staff were polite and helpful, For a modest extra 25 Euros per day we were upgraded to a junior suite which provided superb, spoacious comfort. Breakfast was excellent |

Hotel staff very service minded. The rooms were great both in size and ambiance. Right in the middle of town, close to most of the culture life. |

The fact I have nothing to complain about. It was 10 minutes walk to the city centre but far enough away to avoid city centre noise and traffic. Our mini bar contained 'empty' bottles which some dishonest person had consumed then put the empty bottles back. The hotel rectified the problem without fuss. |

Reception ladies are terrible. They are laughint at the guest for some reason. They thorew room card to me when I checked in without saying anything like ' thank you' or 'welcome' . I tried to borrow umbrellas. But the ladies said ' they don't have umbrella'. Is it true ? Unbelievable. They told me to go to shop to buy umbrella. But time was 9:30. Shop was definitely closed. |

Close to the center and nice bars around the area, big spacey rooms. We could here some noise from water pipes (probably from the airco) |

I liked the most the size of the bed and the softness of the bath towel. They took back the welcome tray the second day whereas it was unfinished |

the interior decoration of the rooms I had booked a junior suite and asked for tranquility, only to find out when checking in all lead to the very busy and noisy boulevard. Iwe were given a suite instead but had a water damage there in the bathroom with the result that it smelled awfully ever after. nobody cared../ also : forget about the spa, it is very very basic and not inviting |

Convenient location for visiting the city, we only ate at breakfast time but it was probably one of the best we have ever enjoyed! Congratulations. A most interesting city which we were attracted to by the competitive pricing policy of airline Ryanair. I came this time with my brother but intend to visit again with my wife, may be with other friends, same time next year, and stay at the Melia. |
