To enjoy the atmosphere of Zaragoza city which I have visited many times previously. The reception staff are polite but not friendly, it has been like this fot many years, I do not see this changing. |

It is nice hotel in the center of the city which makes it esier to get into all the meeting points. Good size rooms, but smth was missing (cork-screw, ash tray). It was not possible to open a window, even for a few centimeters... Anyway, it is very good hotel for a weekend or business trip! |

Hotel is good value for money and very comfortable. It is situated in a good location for many historical points of interest. I have stayed at this hotel several times, the staff can be austere and not very welcoming. |

The rate was excellent value for money. The reception of the hotel is beautiful, and really looks 5*. The room was comfortable, with big beds and a nice bathroom with really powerful shower (a pleasant surprise, after reading some reviews). The location was even better than I expected, a quick bus ride from the station and just across the road from the main shops. The historic centre was only about 10 minutes' walk away. I didn't think that the quality of the room and services were anything like the standard of a 5* hotel. However, I expected this and wasn't disappointed, especially given the very good rate I paid. |

The hotel is very well placed for visiting Zaragoza on foot and is a large but not impersonal hotel. It offers facilities that we did not use during our short stay. |

Not used to 5 star luxury, but we could easily get used to this. Got a good deal, but unfortunately couldn,t afford restaurent so can't comment on food. |

The staff were polite and helpful, For a modest extra 25 Euros per day we were upgraded to a junior suite which provided superb, spoacious comfort. Breakfast was excellent |

Hotel staff very service minded. The rooms were great both in size and ambiance. Right in the middle of town, close to most of the culture life. |

The fact I have nothing to complain about. It was 10 minutes walk to the city centre but far enough away to avoid city centre noise and traffic. Our mini bar contained 'empty' bottles which some dishonest person had consumed then put the empty bottles back. The hotel rectified the problem without fuss. |

Es cómodo, decorado con gusto y con los servicios necesarios para estar tranquilo. Su ubicación, en el centro de Zaragoza es extraordinaria y permite llegar paseando a la zona comercial y turística mas importante de la ciudad. Creo que reune todos los requisitos solicitados para esa ocasion. |

Hotel situado en el centro de Zaragoza, a 10 minutos andando del Pilar, exquisitamente decorado en estilo del Siglo XVI o XVII. Lo recomiendo con la oferta de Booking.com, 60 €/noche habitación doble sin desayuno, sin duda, una gran relación calidad-precio. Para ser un hotel de 5* le hace falta una reforma, las ventanas estaban rotas (no se podían abrir) y se oía mucho el ruido de la calle. Eché en falta más información de los servicios del hotel en la habitación |
