location ok, 15 minutes by walk from old city. Room was clean and of a good size Poor breakfast. No minibar in the room. Room very hot, airco not working. Bad insonorisation. |

Location of the hotel, the cosiness of the room Couldn't place order for a meal beacuse restaurant was closed for Christmas! And nobody could speak english in the "Telepizza". Only Spanish! |

En lineas generales está bien. El desayuno es algo escaso, no disponen de embutidos y la bollería es industrial, pero se ajusta al precio. Se puede desayunar correctamente. |

Las habitaciones son acogedoras. El desayuno es pésimo. De lo peor que he visto. Sería preferible tener una cafetería en condiciones donde pudieras desayunar un cafe con un bollo que no fuera industrial, y pagarlo tú. Llamarle a eso desayuno buffet es una vergüenza. |

Su situación Definitivamente sí. Un hotel no es sólo una casa con habitaciones más o menos arregladas. Creo que es muy importante que un hotel se adapta a su entorno socio cultural y el entorno socio cultural en fiestas del pilar debería ser adoptar temporalmente el late check out y hacer felices a los clientes que en su gran mayoría, tienen que hacerse las maletas habiendo dormido 4 horas. Evidentemente no te vas feliz de este hotel. Me parece un fallo increíblemente grande. |

El personal es muy atento, tanto el de recepción como los de los demás servicios. Las habitaciones muy acogedoras y el baño espacioso. Gracias a las instrucciones de la persona que estaba en recepción pudimos llegar al hotel ya que el GPS nos indicó mal la calle. Está muy complicado llegar con GPS porque te lleva a la calle Moncayo de un pueblo, es mejoor poner Calle Asturias para llegar sin dificultad. Tb está un poco alejado del centro, pero el paseo que dimos fué muy agradable. |

Es el peor NH en el que he estado A ultima hora cambiamos la reserva en el hotel Goya, el centro, de cuatro estrellas, mas economico.Pero estamos arrepentidos de nuestra decision ya que del minibar solo esta el armario que lo contenia que sirve para soporte de la tv, del set de productos agua de la tierra solo encontramos 2 recipientes con gel verde pegados en el lavabo y ducha. Pedimos en recepcion champu y bodymilk y nos dijeron que esos productos ya no se dispensaban en los nh. Les contestamos que hace unos dias en otro NH de la misma categoría y nos los había proporcionado. Entonces cambiaron su version y nos informaron que este NH habia bajado a una categoria inferior y por eso no dispensaban dichos productos aunque si los venden en recepcion ( botes grandes). En cuanto al desayuno buffe es decepcionante, sin variedad, no hay ningun producto salado. |

Es un hotel tranquilo. La habitación está bien y tiene buena cama. El desayuno no etá mal para ser continental. Está relativamente cerca del centro ( unos 20 minutos andando) Cuesta trabajo encontrarlo cuando no se tiene GPS |
