Very nicely located hotel that provides excellent quality rooms for the price that is charged. Rooms are clean and well-maintained. We had a nice view from our upper floor room. Computer terminals were provided in the lobby for checking email. |

All of the rooms and communal areas were spotlessly clean and well decorated. Bedrooms were large and had plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable. It was in a great location near the old town sights. Handy for the buses and only 10 minutes from the rail station. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was pricey so we ate outside the hotel. Noise from the street below us at night was quite disturbing, even though it had double glazing windows.. Car park prices were high. |

Location. The room was very hot. The air conditioning wasn't working, probably due to time of year. This meant we had to open the windows at night. The room overlooked the rear of the hotel and with the window open it was very noisy.Uninspiring view from the window, a steel clad wall. |

Very convenient to major tourist facilities. Staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Even facing the street it was quiet. The parking ws in a garage and we were even given 2 spaces (which is Europe is like having one space in us garages) but the 15 Euro charge was a bit heavy. |

Hotel céntrico, cómodo, con buena atención de su personal, habitación amplia y confortable... nos ha gustado mucho; una buena opción si volvemos a Zaragoza. El desayuno es un poco caro. |

lo nuevo, bien cuidado y limpio que estaba, también su situación en la ciudad. mejoraría el funcionamiento del ordenador en la connexión a internet, no fui capaz de mirar el e-mail. |

Het hotel bevindt zich midden in het centrum; op loopafstand van de bezienswaardigheden. Het personeel geeft uit zichzelf helemaal geen informatie tijdens het inchecken en ook op de kamer is geen informatie over het hotel te vinden. |

Su ubicación es excelente, en el centro de la ciudad. Las habitaciones interiores son muy tranquilas. Las habitaciones exteriores tienen mucho ruido por estar en una calle de mucho tráfico. |
