Staff very helpful and speaking many languages (really unusual in Spain). Very nice room with big fridge and little kitchen. Gastronomic restaurant. |

the room was really big and the facilities very good because of a lack of customers during our stay we couldn't use the spa facilities, it didn't have any breakfast buffet (you had to order) and it felt a bit like the hotel in "shine". We weren't murdered in the end thank god! Very far away from the centre. |

A very modern hotel, fairly newly built on an industrial estate, so no parkig problems. Very nice rooms The hotel was some distance from Zarazoga, and advertised an A la carte restaurant. When we arrived, we were told that the restaurant was closed, and we were only able to eat poor bar snacks, after a 350km drive. This was very disappointing. |

Nice, modern and comfortable hotel with spacious rooms in a green environment. Close to the airport. Ideal as a business hotel. 40' driving from the centre of Zaragoza. |

A nice welcome, ease of parking and great family room, lovely bar and restaurant staff. Truely excellent food and service. We loved the cooking facility and fridge/freezer in the bedroom, the airconditioning actually worked which in many hotels it doesn't it was very comfortable, luxury modern decor and great place for a stop over, thought it would have been located nearer the city centre but it... Although impressed with the fridge and cooking facility in the bedroom, the cleaner had forgotten to look in the fridge and clean it, there was an open bottle of water, empty packet of crisps and a half drunk fanta so was not too happy with that, she must be thorough in her cleaning, otherwise though very clean and comfortable |

The hospitality, the overall cleanliness of the areas as well as the complete atmosphere in the hotel. Very nice combination of colours, furniture and the very comfortable TV-salon and bar. very personal, but the fact it is allowed to smoke in the bar.... |

The hotel is located nearby the airport but has got no shuttle bus. Together with the other hotels a shuttle to the airport should be set up as otherwise you may as wel stay downtown Zaragoza as the taxi costs are the same to the airport while the hotel is only 3 kms from the airport |

The fact that there was an underground car park which was free and that it was secure. We had travelled from France to Spain and obviously had a lot to fit into the car - therefore felt assured our belongings were safe. Yes, we stayed at the hotel two weeks ago and found the room very tidy and clean (there is a lot of glass in the room and bathroom) but on our last visit four days ago it was shabby and there were fingermarks all over glass doors in the bathroom and surfaces in the room itself. |

We had dinner at the hotel and the food was of the highest standard and presentation. Our room was large, well appointed and comfortable ,but the bathroom was magnificent. Difficult to find as the road signing is poor on the ring road. |
