The location. The hotel has a very good location but there are many things should be improved. In our room was always terrible smell. We asked the room with a nice view but received the room with a view to the staircase and the wall.Breakfast in this hotel is complit mess! |

Good location , close to the major attractions. The street was being pedestrianised while we were there and when finished will enhance the setting. The staff were friendly and helpfull. Rooms apear to have been modernised to good standard but kept character of hotel Lack of dining facility and breakfast at cafe next door limited -- I should have realised the lack of dining from the web site, so it was my fault really |

It's ok for the cheap overnight stay, but not a romantic getaway! The bathroom was really good and new! We found a fantastic restaurant nearby (Passgon) where only all the locals go. It's interior is nothing special, but the food is excellent. You have to know a little Spanish :) Our room was facing the stairs and it was quite noisy because of the electricity generator. Don't expect any view or even direct light! |

Located right at the center of the city but on quite quiet street. Valet parking at additional fee. Breakfast provided at cafeteria nearby. Free wired internet access at amazing speed (no wifi, take your own ethernet cable with you). Very friendly personnel. Sound insulation between rooms is not that good as it may appear. |

the restaurant around the corner, nice kebab, open late, and was excellent as we got there late and had food and a couple of beers to calm down after trying to find this hotel! location, although the hotel was cheap, it cost us a fortune to park, it was a nightmare to find, had 2 sat navs in the car and it was taking us all over the place nowhere near the actual hotel, the one way streets were insane! we went up 1 ways, down bus only lanes, up taxi ranks, down...well you get the idea, steer clear! never again. |

The location is really good, just a medium level hotel. I have to say the breakfast wasn't great. |

The situation of the hotel, the kindness of the staff, the parking facilities nearby the hotel, the room and the internet facilities. the breakfast : not a lot of choice...it is like a self service in the "cafeteria" just next to the hotel...not enough room for everybody, to get toast you need to keep an eye on (otherwise somebody else will take them)... So not really a breakfast like you could expect for a 3 stars hotel. |

The staff were very helpful and gave us good information The position of the TV on the wall near the entrance was an unusual place to mount it as it obstructed the way to the second bed but it was a great tv. Otherwise all was good. |

The room was very clean, well equipped and the staff very helpful, it also has 3 small Sun Terraces which were useful for relaxing after a long day sightseeing. It is well situated, only a couple of minutes walk from the Cathedral and most of the main sights. They also had an adjacent Store/Garage where we could park our motorbike for the weekend, although not suitable for cars! The initial approach to the Hotel from the main street is not too impressive, and the obvious route to it from the North is a Taxi/Bus Only route and would be difficult to reach, unless in a taxi. |

Easy access to the main train/bus station (Delicias), friendly and helpful staff, convenient location, V. close to main Plaza Pilar. Breakfast was sufficient, though not spectacular (esp. The apples). Internet didn't work for us, but staff invited us to use their computer if we needed. |

the Hotel was good for one night. We arrive in the night the reception did even know one word in English and we coundn't communicate. The morning reception she speak in english. I have asked the reception to check my airline internet booking, they have told that they cannot, they were using the computer infront of me and I had to go to internet cafe and walk about 10 mins in the heat, while they could check on their computer |
