The hotel is very close to public transport and the major points of interest of Zaragoza. Everything can be reached walking. The rooms are simple but neat and nice. The heat in our room was set too high and we could not turn it off. We had to open the window at night to be able to sleep. |

The hotel was located in a perfect position in the city and it doesn't seem to be a 2starts; wifi included, clean, with a good private bath. The only problem is related to the main street: too noisy! Noise from the main street. |

I was impressed by the central location, free wifi and super breakfasts. The room was dark as it looked on to the centre part of the hotel. |

Very friendly staff; hotel has own garage. Due to some roadworks and many one-way streets hotel was very difficult to reach, even with navigation. |

The receptionist was very welcoming and knew about our reservation which was the first one that we'd done using booking.com, so after our trip that was good. The windows opened onto the street, which after North American style hotels, we liked. The key was a bit tricky but they were very helpful about coming to show us how it was done. My friend spoke no Spanish and she managed to be understood. The bedroom was clean and comfortable and there was lots of hot water. |

Good comfortable hotel with good staff and in an excellent location. Rooms were clean and efficient. They were also very good at responding via email. Nothing bad about it though the decor was a bit tired. |

Hotel Sauce was an excellent place to stay. The rooms were nice, everything was very clean. The staff were extremely nice and even spoke english. Breakfast was delicious and included with the room - Thanks, Hotel Sauce. |

Great location to see historical sites, churches, plaza etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The parkade was a real challenge - very tiny and cramped. |

The friendly e-mail to pre-welcome us to the hotel, giving the names of Maribelle & Javier and then meeting them both in person and finding them so friendly and helpfull. Being so close to the city was also very good. |

Es un hotel muy recomendable para pasar un par de días en Zaragoza, está muy bien para ser dos estrellas, el desayuno es estupendo y los detalles de la dirección muy buenos. La habitación es confortable. Desgraciadamente algunas habitaciones dan a una calle principal en la que los fines de semana hay mucho ruido. |

La atención del personal, muy familiar. El desayuno muy adecuado. La señora que te sirve el desayuno, amabilísima,y además te acompaña al parking y te guia como sacar el coche porque está algo complicado. |

el buffet desayuno, tambien es muy bueno el trato que recibes por parte de los trabajadores, tanto de recepcion como de la cafeteria, son gente fantastica y te hacen la estancia muy agradable, en definitiva un descibrimiento de hotel en zaragoza, lo recomiendo |

Desayuno Buffet muy bueno en el que hay mucha variedad y la persona encargada de los desayunos muy atenta. Las habitaciones estan poco insonorizadas y el ruido de la gente de la calle a las 5 de la mañana es un poco molesto. |

La gente, y en particular la señora que prepara el desayuno, está buenísimo, y ella es encantadora, sólo desayunar allí ya merece la pena. Tienen una sala de internet con chimenea estupenda, son simpáticos y te intentan ayudar en todo lo que pueden. El hotel es algo viejo y no muy lujoso, pero te olvidas de todo eso, porque el personal es encantador. |

La amabilidad del personal, siempre dispuestos a ayudar y a informarnos. Para el poco tiempo que hemos estado alojados, han sido muy atentos con nosotros. Mencionar también la limpieza e higiene del hotel, excelente. Lo que no nos ha gustado ha sido que no tuviera restaurante. Supongo que será así porque físicamente no disponen de espacio para ello. Además, creo que el salón lo tienen desaprovechado. |
