Central, and essential garage as we drove out to the countryside. The little balcony was really nice. The amazing Roman ruins, incorporated into the hotel and garage were a 'wow' factor. Breakfast too expensive. Didn't have it. Didn't like the modern, jazzy design at all. |

Central location, spacious bedroom with balcony.Well equipped modern bathroom.Good buffet breakfast. Efficient air conditioning and smoke free bedroom CNN was the only English channel on the TV system. We would have preferred to have a choice with perhaps BBC World or Sky News. . A safety handle and thermostatic control to avoid scalding could be useful in the shower. We have suggested this to the hotel. |

The location was excellent and the hotel was really funky...also, prices at the bar were reasonable, compared to other hotels we have stayed in. The rooms are comfortable and stylish with aircon, which works properly. The bathrooms are lovely too and there's lots of toiletries, including toothbrush and shaving kit, which are replenished each day. The internet in the business centre was a little slow, but that is really nit-picking - it's a free service for guests, so I can't really complain. |

The modern design with balcony and access The restaurant was not open (next door was) but food there was very poor (uncooked even after a 2nd attempt was still cold in the centre - frozen or microwaved from cold storage)My room , although excellent facility was very very dusty everywhere and even after telling the reception nothing was done about it ! |

The clerk at the front desk was most helpful and spoke very good english. The evening meal was also very tasty. We requested a quite room with air conditioning and that is what we were given. Thank you. |

The staff were wonderful and we really enjoyed the breakfast, even our toddler! It was 5 minute walk to the Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar too which was convenient! We loved Zaragoza and would have liked to spend more time there! I chose this hotel because of the guest reviews and was very happy with our choice! |

Very comfortable, convenient hotel with its own character. Very comfortable room and excellent breakfast. Close to the centre of a beautiful city with very welcome convenient parking. The air conditioning was so efficient that the sheets on the bed were not enough to keep warm. A light (3.5-4 tog) duvet would have been welcomed. |

The location of the Hotel was convenient for the City centre. High quality fixtures and fittings. The overall ambience. Secure car park. Value for money. The reception staff appeared unsure of them selves and gave confusing information regarding the directions to the car park. Check-out was delayed by 10 minutes due to the malfunction of the Visa card machine. |

Loved the Silken club room- real luxury. Great location just by the old town. Highly recommended. Interesting photos for film buffs and a reference library for Spanish speaking film buffs! |

A very trendy hotel, located in the centre of Zaragoza. Prices are very reasonable and the atmosphere is really nice. I would strongly recommend it. |
