Stayed in a spacious triple room, which was actually a suite with one bedroom and seperate sitting room with a sofa bed. Great location in the middle of the city. A bit hard to find because of all the one way streets and there was a national day festival due to which the main roads were closed. Nevertheless, a good night's rest and a hearty breakfast. |

This **** hotel is centrally located and has an excellent price/quality ratio. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is superb. It includes fresh fruit and if you are already up for it you can even enjoy a glass of red or nicely chilled white wine (included in the price). |

It was right in the middle of the shopping area and close to the railway station. We like to eat early and the resteraunt ws not open till 9, we usually eat arround 7.30, we went out to eat and got back late so were tired when we got up the next morning |

not a lot at hotel staff rude and unhelpful 15 euro car parking prices of meals increased from those advertised on site so l didnt eat there.l have booked many times with booking.com and this is the first time l have ever given a negative review |

yes, excellent loction, very clean, very comfortable room. Hotel staffs are willing to help. Hotel staffs should have been given more traning of communication in English. When I was asking for help on the phone, they answered me, "what do you want"? Maybe they did not have bad intention but I got very annoyed by this. |

Céntrico. Suficiente personal con profesionalidad y dinamismo en recepción y variedad en el surtido del desayuno, con jamon mejor que el de bocata y simpáticas las dos camareras que hacen y dejan. El cochón bien pero sigo sin encontrar uno como el mio. Al abrir la cama la deshaces porque la sábana de arriba la embuten igual que la de abajo...vomo en la mayoria de hoteles. |

La situación del Hotel en una calle lateral al Paseo Independencia pero sólo metros próximo a éste, te da el estar céntrico en Zaragoza, te aleja del ruido del tráfico del Paseo Indep., Pasear a la Basilica del Pilar en pocos minutos y evitar los hoteles de calles peatonales que cuando hay gente en las calles cuesta que lleguen los taxis, el Zénit Don yo al ser calle normal, los taxis llegan rápido y te sacan o llevan en minutos sin esperas. La limpieza deficiente. La señora responsable de ella en mi planta, apenas hablaba español, le pregunté cosas que no supo contestar (por no entender). Una lata de Coca Cola apareció en la habitación medio llena que no era mía. Pero bueno la señora los protocolos de dejar toallas y productos los cumplía bien, y trató bien mis objetos personales. |

La situación es inmejorable, en una calle muy centrica pero tranquila (no hay pubs, poco tráfico). Al lado de transporte público, taxis... La habitación (312) algo pequeña pero muy correcta, la cama muy cómoda y no escuchamos ruidos a pesar de estar al lado del ascensor. Fue una estancia muy confortable Es verdad que entró una limpiadora por la mañana pero fue culpa nuestra por no poner el cartelito. Al llegar la hab. olía a tabaco, aunque la ventilamos y se resolvió. |
