The staff were so helpful especailly miguel and his colleague. The room was fine and the verandah (ground floor) was very welcome. The attended pool makes it a feasible option for family with young children. The pool opened late at 11.00 and closed early at 9.00.pm considering that it it dawned at around 6.00am and got dark at around 10.30 pm we would have welcomed an open pool with a sign 'children must not be left unattended' at all times. |

Staff very kind and very attentive toward us, room clean, car park ok it take ages to reach the hotel by car, no indication if you have no gps on board, no wifi during the 2 first day trip, very tricky to get mails and acess web, Food in the restaurant was quite good but very very expensive, no water in the pool mid may so it's little bit crazy no ? |

The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. There is an easy access to the city by excellent public transport. The breakfast bar was not refilled in order to provide sufficient breakfast for all. |

Very quite area, easy access to A6/AP6 (Segovia, Avila, El Escorial) highways but not close to the them. Easy access to Moncloa area too in Madrid, where you can park your car and use Metro from there. Zona muy tranquila, fácil acceso a la A6/AP6 (Segovia, Avila, El Escorial) pero no demasiado cerca de ellas. Facil acceso a Moncloa donde puedes dejar el coche y usar el metro desde allí. The waiter at breakfast buffet wasn't very polite or friendly. The quality and variety of the buffet was quite poor for a 4-star hotel. La camarera del desayuno no era muy amable. La calidad y variedad del desayuno era bastante pobre para un 4****: Bollería industrial (mini napolitanas/croissants) dura, salchichón, queso y fiambre de york baratos. |

Size and standard of the room. Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Only stay here if you have your own transport. There are no shops or restaurants close by. |

Free wireless Internet access. For those who like public transport - take BUS 161 from Mocloa Metro station, there is a bus stop just in front of the hotel "C.de Dario Aparicio" and it takes only approx. 10-15 minutes between Mocloa and the hotel.. The wireless access did not work everywhere. |

The food was excellent and the staff really friendly. my room was clean and had good facilities, lovely swimming pool and a big grass area to lay. Really liked this hotel The Resturant and bar is shut all weekend for lunch and dinner and this is a nuisance on Sunday nights or after a long day in Madrid. Also in the summer the pool is open on weekends but the bar and resturant not!!! so where do you get refreshments |

Very good room, good bathroom. Wifi through all the hotel. Hotel way too far away from city centre, wasnt very clear about this. You have to take at least one bus and one metro/bus to get to the city, and after 23:30 you have to take a cab. Also my room was smelling like smoke, and i wanted a non-smoking bedroom. |

Nice setting and views. Very friendly staff. Rooms too small. More like a 3 star hotel. No space for an armchair in the room. No facilities anywhere in the hotel to sit comfortably to read the paper not even in the garden |

Great place for peace and quiet at night... hard to find in Madrid. Once you learn which bus to take to town...very easy...the short ride is worth the beautiful view of Madrid and the QUIET. The room needs a clock and a full length mirror. |

Everything was good except no breakfast. There is good parking space. Location was okay with a car. Free wifi but signal is not strong enough so I needed to move around my room to find the right place. But it's free and usable. |

nice pool and view on Madrid; the Bus 161 stops directly in front of the hotel an drives into the city (to a metro-station) |

With all the sophistication of a modern, urban hotel located in the business suburb of Madrid, here you can dine in style in the restaurant before heading to the trendy bar. |
This 4-star hotel has a convenient location, with excellent public transport links and great road access, as well as good facilities including a large outdoor swimming pool. |
Set just behind the glorious Retiro Park, this modern hotel is just a pleasant walk away from some of Madrid’s most impressive sights. |
Close to Real Madrid’s stadium, a few metres from Paseo de la Castellana, right in the city centre, the hotel is surrounded by shopping streets, leisure areas and the best transport options. |
